Good thread. HH has posted what we suspected/knew with a pro Lambert slant. Thats fair enough- Im pro Lambert as well even though it seems some of his signings have not worked out (imo Luna, Tonev especially) and the football at the minute is dire.

When the fixtures came out and I looked at the Xmas games I thought we had a great chance of putting a run together and being comfortably mid table starting 2014. As luck would have it we went in missing two of our best players and in the worst form of the season at the worst possible time and so instead of seeing one bad game a week we have seen 3. Games where the team have developed hoofitis and a total reluctance to want to pass to one another.

Still I am sure he can turn it around especially if benteke finds form, and we strengthen midfield. On that note De Bruyne makes sense to me- exciting, and Chelsea loan him to a team that will get him prem experience and a team that has already shown that they can take points off their title rivals while at the same time being no threat to their own position. Works for both of us if we can find the money.

I hear McLeish is available and has international experience.

Completed; took me 78 hours. I racked off the side quests for the last 2 dungeons.

Brilliant game, perhaps started to stall with about 5 hours to go but left me with a tear in my eye at the end.

Do you have a goho- m or a spell to leave the dungeon (traesto i think)? if so you can leave the bathhouse and enter an easier dungeon that you have already cleared. There you can just use auto attack on mobs till you get sp/hp replenish from the shuffle time, or from chests.Also if any of your persona have the ability to replenish after a battle you can use that too (I think unlikely at that level). Once you're ready to go back to the bathhouse you will be able to go back to the level where you left it.

Im 60 hours in and Persona does need a bit of grinding now and again, but its well worth it. One of the best rpgs Ive played and Ive played a lot.

What Designer1 said- hope it has RDR style check points or else I'll blatantly lose interest on some long boring driving mission half way through.

Im probably going ps4, but I do like the look of some kinekt fixtures on the xbox one. Skype integration with always on could be really useful- my wife makes a lot of skype calls, and I could see her using that a lot.

PS4's psplus is a big thing in it's favour as a games machine tho- with the free games.

Cant see any chance of this console succeeding. Gamers will go for next xbox and ps3 and its not a good enough "toy" for casual market. Dont forget how big an affect wii sports had on being something new and fun for parties.

I bought a wii on launch day and wont touch this.

Only listened- but an exciting game! Liked the way we put out an attacking side. Just short of confidence at the minute in the team and the fans- if we can get past that somehow we'll be fine.

Could be our best signing since Ash. Really cool to see someone hold the ball and finish.

Yeah it is decent for me. Id say its perfect for someone in the sweet spot of not being a total beginner but also not being really good- ie you know chord shapes can play scales etc but struggle on full songs and solos.

It helps keep me focused on practicing and I am definitely getting better- i can see myself using this for a long time. Already I've gone from barely playing to practicing half hour to an hour most days.

You do need to sort out how you connect your xbox to your tv though to reduce lag- I use a component cable and a feature on my tv to turn lag down.

Pro tip- there is an option to reverse the lines so it is the same as tab- I found everything much easier once I had done that.

Level 35 now and the combat depth is starting to show. With no trinity- abilities like stun, daze and defensive ones really come into their own. I can see a ton of depth with the traits and how they change abilities too.

Loving exploring and the jump puzzles and enjoyed the dungeon. Id change the ability to graveyard zerg them but believe theyve said they are looking at changing that.

I'd recommend it- the value of it as a box game is great. So far Im level 12 and have taken part in raid boss style fights, mass pvp zergs, fun crafting and some quests- whether its boring after a bit doesnt matter as youre not paying a sub.

It doesnt reinvent the wheel but its nice to play the events with other players helping out (rezzing you, killing your mob before it kills you etc). They nailed the grouping imo.

Apparently theres no segregation so Ive got tickets as close to away as I could.

hey gents- couldnt get on your server as it was full so went elsewhere with my brother. I think eventually if we keep playing I might be able to guest over? or will create another char or something.

Anyway loving the game- best bit is it runs much better than swtor on my old laptop, only struggling in big wvw battles.

Has anyone tried the foundry inferno event- that is one bad raid boss. He lives in the gnome rabbit area- worth checking out!

Game of thrones- see worst game thread

Walking dead episodes- really good interactive story. Looks great and paced to draw you in.

Not the worst game ive played but the worst recently- Game of Thrones. I love the book so trying to finish it but its so bad. Bad acting, bad combat, horrific bugs! You get money and gear but theres no need to use vendors or do side quests, and theres about 2 mob types (archer and non archer).

Stuck on the last fight due to a horrific bug with seemingly no way to reset it. Was stuck for an hour earlier on a really hard fight, realised in the end the game was simply sending 4 waves of mobs at me at once. Reload save three times and on third time they come as meant to and its easy.

Must...finish...somehow.

We need a target man and this fits the bill. Its exactly the type of signing we moaned about O'neill not doing (up and coming young player from abroad). Hopefully it'll work out over the next couple days.

I agree though priority is left back and midfield. Hopefully they will also happen.

I'm going to get it. I like the idea of a polished mmo I can dip in and out of. Now and again i get an urge to play WOW again but the time restrictions of the rading endgame put me off.

I enjoyed warhammers pvp and the open quests which I hear this has. I havent really spent much time looking into it yet but does anyone have any tips on the most fun classes to play? (I like healing the most).

Only possible downside is it might push my computer, I could play SWTOR ok but now and again it struggled.
