Im one of them. Shit myself last night. Today I've accepted my £90 loss but as I have no plans to go villa park under AM I will look at it as a saving overall.

Ok this is how I see it. Randy is sick of the media making out the fans are deciding who the next manager is. This is why villa are openly talking to Mcleish. Expect another statement in the next few days saying thank you to AM for the interview but he does not fit the role of new manager for Aston Villa. Then Mark Hughes will be announced as new manager on the 1st July.

Hughes has left his job. We don't need to pretend we're not interested him. We could tell the world he'll become our manager on July 1st now

I'm sure I read somewhere that the terms of Mark Hughes release clause was he couldn't officially discuss a new job until after the 1st July? I could be mistaken.

Appointing AM would show a complete lack of respect for all Villa fans. Majority of us love Randy and all he has done for the club but this move would lose us all. Surely he's not going to do that?

Just layed Mccleish for £100. The way I see it if we appoint him I'm not going Villa park for a while so the money will be saved there.

Anybody upset with GH being next manager dosent seem to have a realistic option they would prefer? So are we now moaning for the sake of moaning? GH spent 80 million net in 5 years compared to MONs 90m in 4. He won an fa cup,league cup and uefa. Also finished top 4 more than once and one season 7 points off winning the league. Let's look at his positives and give him a chance hey?

Is Milner that much better than Ireland? The latter had a superb season 2 years ago when played on a regular basis. Am I the only one that thinks a swap plus cash could be great business for us? Milner is a great young player but he isn't a world beater. Nows the time to cash in.
