Solid starting 11. Baker in over Okore for his experience in the premier league I would say. Here's hoping we start well. Would take a poit, but could see us nicking this. Benteke will score, so can we keep a clean sheet to win the game?

Okore hasnt earned a spot yet, Baker was really good at the end of last season, and have done well enough in the pre-season games. 

Jesus christ, he had to be injured in a stupid u21 match and lose two of the matches where we need him the most..

Worst thing about that whole Christmas patch was I was waiting on both teams to score in that Chelsea Villa game for €120, & just thought get one just one but no. The next game versus Spurs was also a my last game in my both teams to score accum was worth a similar amount and would have paid for a night out at Christmas but no. Then I said I'd go big on them to beat Wigan at home because they owed us, and we get trounced.

I agree with Con to some extent - i too think Bannan has/had massive potential, sadly for him we appointed a manager who played the ultimate destructive football, and at the same time Bannan did some really stupid stuff on his private. Bannan has shown us that he is not a professional footballer, and therefore he will never be successful at this club

I remember i doubted him when we got him because of the way he left Genk. I, as a club, wouldnt touch him if he were to do the same 11 months later!

To be honest, out of all the players we have been "linked" to during the last couple of months, the one i would have wanted the most (before any of the signings) would have been Okore. It is absolutelly amazing that we got him! And Yes, he is above Draxler and Kiotake on my "whishlist". He turned down Chelsea ffs!
