We should be in for some U21 players from the champs now. Henriksen or Rudi for example. Defensive mids that we really need and proven in high quality leagues/EL/CL.

Henriksen could be immense. Player of the season at Alkmaar if im not mistaken? Anyways, a player with huge potential. I dont think he fits very well in our national side, because of Drillo's old tactics, but in a playing side like we seems to be moving towards, i think he could be a really good player. 

I wouldnt call him a DM btw, maybe you thought about Nordtveit? Would be happy to have him as well, hes definitely upper Bundesliga standard, and would without doubt strengthen our team.

I'm moving to Edinburgh from Norway in a couple months, as i have been accepted at Heriot-Watt university. Are there any fans here on VT that lives in Edinburgh? Are there any pubs they tend to meet? Thanks for checking out the thread

Big Country (and Hunt) are awesome! Only reason none of them will ever get a titleshot is because Dana doesnt want a fat redneck to be the heavyweight champ of his precious UFC. If his wishes came true, there would probably be handsome white americans holding all the belts, except a couple black guys in the light and middleweight divisions.

Fantastic news! He's by far my favorite defender at Villa, his guts is worldclass. I wonder how a defence of four Nathan Bakers would do? We would definitely be the most entertaining side in the PL.

This game is actually pretty realistic! 

Just started a new game, with Villa as always. First match away at West Ham, up 1-0 by Vlaar early, holding the lead and controlling the match until 80 mins. Then i concede 2 corner goals, one of them an OG. Lose 1-2.

Next match, QPR at home. Completely overrun, and losing 0-2. Guzan ends up with a 3.6 rating.

Third match, Norwich away, and things start looking better. Up 3-0 after 50 mins, Benteke and 2x Baker. Full controll. Then suddenly my defence decides to f*** it all up, and i concede 3 goals within 15 mins, the match ends 3-3.

I have never been so close to throwing my computer out the window.

Dont know how they make a game this realistic.

EDIT: Not that realistic really, 3/4 Villa goals from corners.

My stomach tells me Bowery will come in handy for us over the next years
