This is the guy who, arriving at Bodymoor Heath on his first day, was given his new Macbook Pro but explained that he "wasn't into all that stuff".
He was told he needed to use a laptop to use the club's systems for scouting, email etc.
Before the week's end, he called the IT department out to Bodymoor because his screen "isn't working properly".
IT manager arrives and there's only Tipp-Ex on the screen where he's been trying to amend his typos

It really reminds me of white supremacist forums where they dog whistle 24/7 and pretend that no one is saying what they are actually saying. wink wink.
You know that using VillaTalk is optional, right?

Sounds like it could be the name of a hitherto unheard-of Belgian midfielder of Congolese descent they've just signed for £35m.

I'd be amazed if Nassef's shareholding had any bearing on how we were managed as a sports marketing asset.

That's insane? Does it have Oud in it?
When I was in Oman all the Arab guys wore some pure Oud perfumes which smelled great. But it was ridiculously expensive.
I think Le Labo is around $230 in NYC
It does.
Trouble is here everything smells of our from le Labo to le lavatoire.

I wear Santal - They mix it in front of you in the store in NYC.
I find that you only need a little and it last ages so although it's expensive you need less of it.
I love it. I'm out in Dubai at the moment where they do an exclusive local fragrance by le Labo. It's nice, but it's about £500!

Made a significant purchase after recent trip to the Canaries.
Le Labo - Noir #29
The GF got a whiff of it off one of the bar staff and kept at him over the course of the evening until he finally gave in and told her what it was Took a while as he "didn't want everyone else smelling like me".
It's expensive, but give it a try. It gets way better as it settles too, and lasts ages.
I've been thinking of getting that one myself. Their Thé Matcha is also great.
Loads of people wear the Santal fragrance and whilst it's amazing, it's not unique enough now to justify the cost.
I recently bought Cuir Zerzura by Armani Prive and have had a lot of compliments on it.

Get this man to mischievously run on the big screens when we score a goal. It could be a great marketing tool.
Be better if that happened when the opposition had a goal disallowed to VAR

Good stuff.
You can always have multiple targets and maintenance phases to help you get there. I'm sure your PT will have it in hand though.
I dropped from 96kg down to 78kg last year and didn't bother to do a maintenance phase and bounced back upto 85kg.
I then broke my foot and went through some personal stuff in Spring this year and shot back up to where I started from.
Back down to 82kg a few weeks ago but massively fell off the rails recently and need to get back on it.
A proper rollercoaster!
It's so easy to come off the rails.
I'm out in Dubai for 2 weeks now, working, so I've got to be proper disciplined.

Grrat work.
Have you got a target weight in kind or something specific to aim for? Always find that helps me to break the monotony of it.
Are you planning a maintenance phase once you're done, to help you come out of it and not put the weight back on?
Target weight is 77kg cos that's what I was when I got married in 2014.
I may end up heavier because of the gym routine, but thats the target.
I want to look good in a polo shirt and a (max) 33" waist jeans.
My PT is also a sports scientist so he'll be helping me to recalibrate once I've got the weight off.

@NurembergVillan that is fantastic going Rob. Massive well done mate. How have you gone about losing it?
Thanks mate.
Calorie tracking on MyFitnessPal.
Been restricting myself to 1700kcals a day on average with as much of that as possible being protein.
I've been at the gym a couple of times a week most weeks too.
The important thing for me to remember is that calories aren't on a 24 hour timer - it's a rolling thing. So if I want a curry one night I'll have one - but now swap naan for roti - and then be more careful the following day.
Cutting right back on the booze has helped too. I didn't drink much anyway but when it did there'd be crisps and stuff with it too.

I was 97.7kg when I got back from Dubai in May.
Just arrived back out here and I'm now 85.8kg.
I've lost 5" off my waist

Can someone please confirm how to pronounce Castore, as I've only seen it written down.
Is it like Castorr,
Or like the Italian Castoray (moon, eyes, pizza pie etc).
Many thanks in advance.
Kind Regards
