You see the manager on the sideline moaning and blaming the officials or whatever and then it's easy for the players to do the same, it's bad leadership and it's toxic. Hey, I'm not saying that his best equates to good enough but I'm just saying he tries his best and it's not his fault he keeps getting picked. He should of been dropped a long time ago but Smith keeps picking him and it's obvious to everyone that Wesley isn't up to it so I think it's short sighted to get angry at him and would be better off blaming the manager than the player.

I don't particularly dislike Wesley, he always trys his best but he's not good enough at this stage and Smith deserves all the frustration directed at him.

Wesley actually did get in the box so far today and got in some good positions and has held the ball up well enough so no issue with him today.
