Another player that hasn't been used right, he's always looked so good going forward, but never had the licence to under Smith

You can see why terms passed on him

This is worrying

Watched the Pep interview. Jack is back in training and could feature tomorrow but unlikely to start. Mentions how good he was at Villa and wants him to perform at that level at City.
Then the entire play needs to go through him, which of course don't happen

It's criminal he was consistently played in a midfield 2 , absolute waste

Lock the thread 0% chance we're relegated

We're gonna win the league

Our link up play is so much better than under Smith

Nakamba looks a different player under Gerrard , it's insane

Matty Target!!

Hopefully we will get different lineups considering the opponent's strength and how they have done in training, as opposed to just winning a few games and just hoping that same team continues to win

Just remembered this that was posted a few months back. Gives some context to how maybe his agent is getting ahead of himself and giving him poor advice ..
Centre mid is not a place for boys . Not just with us who actually gave him a start but EVERYWHERE in the Premier.
Jude Bellingham would like a word....

Gerrard having a word with him to sign for Liverpool and he'll meet him there in 2 years when Klopp leaves....

I do love how the new managers come in at spurs and give deli Alli a game thinking they will turn him around. They won’t he is shit and flattered himself for a couple of years but reality is he is no good. I do love the thought of him pocketing a fortune every week for being awful though. Levy must be crying himself to sleep
Alli is basically a championship player, who was playing above ability.
He's got Newcastle transfer all over him

The latest training video looked no different to those released under Smith.
The intensity has gone already, where's the pashun?
Gerrard Out.
He's clearly already lost interest, get him out ASAP....

Think we need to calm down. Our December fixtures are extremely tough, we desperately need something from the Palace game before we go into a run of City, Leicester and Liverpool in the space of 12 days, with Chelsea on Boxing Day. I’m cautiously optimistic about how he will do for us long term and I do like him but he’s not a miracle worker, Rangers were more than capable of dodgy results and performances under him.
So many people, mostly on social media, acting a bit starstruck it’s embarrassing and small time. If we finish December no lower than we are now, he’s doing well. If we’re higher, I’ll be v impressed. If he gets us playing consistently good football, I’ll be delighted and might then buy into a bit more of the hype. I’ve never known the fan base get so giddy over a manager.
I'd fancy getting something from Leicester game tbh

I take it people have never watched Makelele? He's generally one of the best DM in history, comparing Nakamba to him is ridiculous

You're just reinforcing his point
It's true though

If he's considered a LW by Southgate in the future, that means he's going to be competing with Grealish for that position in the England set up

Not sure why this thread is still open, we're 100% not going to be relegated
