I’m happy to be proved wrong, just sounds like excuses to me as you can go to govt and complain laws are being broken, you could go to the media, hire a lawyer, etc, but they choose to dump it anonymously on social media? Loses sincerity with me the way it was done.
Getting to employment tribunal thanks to the current government under resourcing courts takes about two years.
Imagine that the club will seek to settle with people they've illegally dismissed. But if this is indicative of his style, it's not just abbrasive it is illegal. It's a real cause for concern, and shows a very blase approach from seniors at the club, you can make an omelette without throwing the eggs at your employees.

Hopefully there’s enough to prove he’s broken his employment contract and he can then be fired without being paid out.
In the UK there's no employment tribunal recourse, unless in case of discrimination based on a protected characteristic, unless you've been employed for two years. He can't bring an employment case against us if given the tin tack.

Rob Jones bodychecks our attack. Not the first game he's done that in

He’s leaner there than the relegation season. What an outstanding professional
Also appears to have been squeezed into women's team shorts

Constantly flat footed and on his heels when he’s played through in attacking positions.
And miscontrolling constantly in the forward half

No idea if he was this player pre injury, but he seems rash, and not brilliant as a CB... When he let the ball come down for Nkunku towards the end i couldn't believe my eyes.

Terrible performance tonight.
If it were Gerrard or Smith in the dugout he'd be given pelters for that.
Losing is ok it happens but what isn't ok is the team not even bothering to turn up against a team as terrible as Chelsea is.
It's going to take a massive turnaround to beat united the weekend now, if we play like we did tonight we may as well not bother.
He knows it, he isn't going to hide from his responsibility. He'll be seething.

No yellow for Caicedo there?

4 minutes is a piss take. They've taken ten out of the last 20...

We've picked up now. Not sure why but before JJ no support on left for Moreno...

Great play for the first time. No reward!

Lee Dixon really doesn't know anything about rules of the game.

Seems like the commentators have got a book full of negative comments to make about Villa.
Lee Dixon coming across as an absolute Representative for Wellingborough.

One of McGinn’s worst halves this season; but the shot at the end shows there’s opportunity still
He had time to strike that any number of ways or carry into the box. Bad decision (which sums up a lot of our play in that half)

Lee Dixon 'good tackle' through man to ball...

You have no idea whether this is also happening... For info, there is a two year backlog for employment tribunals in England and Wales
