If you take out the games that we've lost this season, we would be averaging 2.57 ppg, which would have us top of the league by 12 points after 31 games.

Next season is going to be a piece of piss.

If you ignore the parts where they were bad, they were really good.

In a weird way, it might be a good thing we lost to Man City the way we did. Man City will get a bit of confidence back ahead of their game to Real Madrid (which we need them to win). It also keeps them in the title hunt with them playing Spurs towards the end of the season. We don’t want them treating that as a dead rubber.

I don't think City need any help with confidence or motivation, they are entering steamrolling mode.

He was terrible, let’s be honest.

Very promising player and I’m looking forward to him developing, but he’s not ready yet. Thankfully McGinn is back now

I don't think he was terrible, this was his first ever PL start under Emery. And it just happened to be against the best team in Europe, away.

It was almost cruel, but I though he did ok, got in some good tackles. But it shouldn't be anyway surprising if he got overrun at times. We effectively only had 2 central midfielders.

  4. I was definitely unconvinced for the first few appearances but he is adapting and quickly, very quickly.

He may turn out to be one of our shrewdest signings of recent years.

Hate to say it but rather Liverpool win the title this year, Klopp wank fest and all.

The obsessively risk averse way Pep and Arteta play are so dull. Not that it’s not unexpected, but at the end of the day - I’m here to be entertained.

Pep and Arteta going 442, big and little combo, deep blocks and then set piece and corner routines emphasized are as dull as they were in the yesteryears of the league.

Strange take, Arsenal are top scorers and also have the best defence. They are an entertaining team by any metric.

How did Leicester actually manage to get relegated with Youri, Maddison and Barnes in their team 😂

One of the more bizarre relegations of recent times.

I'm just after realising that David de Gea has pretty much retired since his contract expired last year, they really broke him as a footballer apart from the crazy salary they gave him.

I'm sure a large element of it that he wants huge wages.

Much better second half! Nick MOTM as I’ve bagged on him all season and he was the difference for me sh.

Moreno needs dropping and Rogers out on loan next season, I’ll gladly eat crow if he makes it but I doubt he will.

    Rogers best performance so far.

Pretty sure he’s not actually a god fearing Christian, despite how he presents himself. I can’t imagine anyone living the life he’s lived and believing in a higher power.

A pathological narcissist has no time for a god.

I wonder what would be the thing that Trump could do that would turn a large portion of the MAGA fan base off….I’m not sure much

    • Change back to be a Democrat - probably would turn them off
    • Move countries - probably but…
    • Change faith - would turn them off
    • Agree deals with Putin - wouldn’t change MAGA base
    • Use nuclear weapons - unknown but some would probably justify it

    ….

Became a Muslim or atheist, that would do it. Maybe.

They were probably just picked out of a convenient prison wondering what they were being taken out for.

This. It's not even a debate.

If they had died or killed themselves then the terrorists have won. (Which the real culprits definitely did) Arresting and charging people is seizing back a minute amount of control and administering justice shows the state at work.

I bet that guy will have some explaining to do.

You can kinda see how that geezer hit that iceberg now. 😂

Many dead presumably, he'll have more than explaining to do.
