I will back up my statements with no attempt at proving them. I will just state what is more than likely, pretending that i know something. Really - is this necessary? But lets play the game, how do you know this? I no nothing about it, i just won't get my hopes up on him being manager.

I 100% agree. Winning the Champions League and finishing 2nd in the Premier League is a complet fail. Never even looked like he could ever win the Prem. Aston Villa have taken court action against Rafa Benitez following a series of desperate attempts by the former Liverpool boss to find a new job. Rafa, who still lives in the UK, has been unemployed since being sacked by Inter Milan in December.
