El Ahmadi came on for the last 30 minutes and during that time he didn't give the ball away once. He looks great in possession. Nice for the Chicago native Guzan to get a little run out. Will be interesting to see what damage Gabby has done. Hopefully nothing bad. He played well tonight. Hoping that the Portland Timbers stream the game on Tuesday night!

Nice header from Gabby, equally nice ball in from Herd. With the likes of Given, Dunne and Gabby on the pitch I was a little surprised to see Delph with the armband! It's good to see that we are getting it down and trying to pass it. Delph far too sloppy though and we need to sort out a dna test for N'Zogbia because the one we've had for the past year isn't the one we signed from Wigan. He looks lively, goes on a decent run then he'll make a total mess of it. I know it's only pre season and fitness levels won't be amazing yet but he should be doing better!

The commentary is hilarious. Poor but hilarious. Did anyone hear the way he said Agbonlahor when they first started talking? He said Albongalor ha ha, it always cracks me up when people get his name wrong.

So, after much consideration, I decided to accept the invite to watch it last night. As I said in a previous post, I'm not that interested in these sort of films and I wasn't too keen on the last one but I thought **** it, my ticket is free and I didn't have anything else planned so I went.

I'd say that it is better than the dark knight. I thought Tom Hardy was great as Bane! The last 20-30 mins were the best parts. I found myself getting abit bored about half way through due to it being on for almost three hours and I felt that it was dragging along unnecessarily in parts. Anne Hathaway looked stunning in her outfit! As I say though, I'm not really into these sort of films. I'm sure the batman fans will love it.

That idiot on twitter who posted about us wanting Bafetimbi Gomis probably got it from Match Of The Day magazine. My little brother gets it and I was reading it the other day. It doesn't say we are after him, it says we should go after him. It's in a suggestions section of the magazine where Match Of The Day give their opinion on which players teams should sign.

I've been invited to an advanced screening to watch this film this evening but I probably won't go. I know someone who went to an advanced screening in America last night and he said it was boring. This person is a huge batman fan so I was very surprised to hear him say that! Personally I don't see what all the fuss is about. It's just a film! Batman hasn't appealed to me since I was a kid. I honestly thought the last one was shit for the majority of it. Don't cry though lads, it's only an opinion! If I do go to this advanced screening I will post my spoilerless thoughts when I get home. The fact that I'm not that bothered about batman films and that it is on for near enough three hours will almost certainly be enough to put me off going.

Martin Laursen was slow but he made up for it with good positioning. If we sign Vlaar and he does the same as Laursen then I'll be more than happy. Some of the best centre backs in the world lack pace! Positioning is the key to defending.

Four years ago I stayed awake for 101 hours with no sleep. This started from 7 am on a Thursday morning and lasted until midday Monday. I used to be a nightclub dj and my body clock was all over the place due to all the late night dj-ing. I went to work on the Thursday, dj-ed on the Thursday night, crashed at a mates all day Friday then dj-ed on the night, went to a girls after and was with her most of the Saturday before going to dj again on the night, after dj-ing I went to a mates house where a few of the lads were playing computer games all night and I chilled with them all day before dj-ing on the Sunday night, I was out until 10.30 am on the Monday and finally crawled into bed around midday! The only times I was home during this was to shower and sort my tunes out. It's weird because after a while you stop feeling tired but at times you are definitely running on auto pilot. You do something and when you think about it after a few hours it feels like what you did was done days ago! It's hard to explain.

Khan got **** up!

First two rounds he won easily but then he got dealt with! I thought the ref was going to stop it in round 3. Khan can have no complaints about it being stopped in the 4th. He gave ref no choice!

Khan said he wanted to fight in England again soon. It's going to be alot sooner than what he expected now!
