It's made by one of the co-creators of Portal, who has since left Valve. It looks very similar - a first person puzzle game, with some humour, and a gimmick. The gimmick being, rather than a portal gun, you have a device that let's you change the dimension around you. There's a soft dimension, a hard dimension, atime-slowed dimesion, and a reverse-gravity dimension. Switched between these will allow the played to solve the puzzles.
