Boskos Angel
So I have accidently locked myself on to a guest a guest account whilst linking my Microsoft account on windows 10. On UAC I have no option to input a pwd, ive tried a lot of different things and cant find an administrator account to log into.. Any help would be very much appreciated
Davkaus
Fortunately local account security is a joke if you have access to a PC, and there's a built in admin account whose password you can remove. You can then login and change your account type. Make sure you reapply a password to the admin account, you don't want an admin account remaining with no password needed. If you have a USB stick or CD you can use, I'd use this tool, https://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/ There's a rather lenthy guide to using it here https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-remove-passwords-using-offline-nt-password-registry-editor-2626167 Hopefully it's your PC that you own, and I'm not aiding and abetting criminal enterprise.
