VillaChris Posted August 21, 2016 Share Posted August 21, 2016 O.k so been thinking for a few years of going here for a weekend break....probably will look at late November as Real Sociedad playing Barcelona that weekend. Anyone been so can recommend hotels etc? I think the biggest issue seems to be actually getting there....I read Simon Calder's piece on San Sebastian in the I a while ago and he said Biarritz airport was easiest to use as it's only 40 minutes from SS...yet looking at flights from Birmingham and East Mids airport seems flights are 4 hours with a million connections. Bilbao dosen't seem much better either although that might work out better with a reasonable evening flight as can spend day in Bilbao then.
