Claret & Blue, through and though - in my 50th year as a fan & seen us win everything but the FA Cup - a dream that, sadly, now seems to be over.  

 

First game: Villa v Blackburn Rovers, Sept 1964 - and we lost 4-0!!

Fave Villa Striker: Juan Pablo-Angel;

Fave Winger: Brian Little;

Fave MF: Dennis Mortimer;

Fave Full Back: Stan Staunton,

Fave Center Back: Paul M'Lord.

Best Manager:  Ron Saunders.  

Fave Song: "Big Fat Ron's Claret & Blue Army!" (all 45 minutes of it!).  

Worst Manager: Paul Lambert.

Worst Villa buy: Bilko Balabubble.

Current Fave player: Brad Guzan

Best goal ever by a Villa player: Cahill v Smell Heath.

 

Best memory:  So many, but the trip to Anderlecht and that night in Rotterdam just cannot be beaten.

 

We are the mighty Aston Villa and we now need to take our club back!
