  1. After finishing university last year, I have finally just landed my first job. I'll be moving to Leeds and living on my own for the very first time. The salary is poor, but it's a job that suits me perfectly and I can't wait to start my career.

How much should I be spending on rent per month, in relation to my salary?

  2. Our Twitter account has been doing some great things recently which has, unsurprisingly, coincided with our unbeaten run.

I'm all for fun little gifs for when we score like the Adomah & Snoddy one today, but I've noticed recently that we have started to not report when the opponent scores.

Now, live commentary of a game is absolute basics for a social media journalist, so I fail to see how the person running the account has made a mistake or conveniently lost internet access.

They didn't bother tweeting about the two Burton goals today, and I'm pretty sure they didn't when Barnsley scored against us a few weeks ago.

What's going on here? It's clear to me that the person running the account has been advised not to tweet when the other team scores, probably in order to avoid negativity.

I'm perhaps overreacting, but I don't like it at all and think it sends across a poor message.

He's just fundamentally a better player than Adomah, at everything. I realise that's not the popular consensus but I'm sure I'm right.

I completely agree with you. I like Adomah and he's scored some really important goals for us this season. But I've never thought he's been a good player. He's not particularly quick, he's lightweight and I've lost count the amount of times he completely slows down an attack for us. I think I made a comparison between him and Scott Sinclair a while ago, and I think it still stands - they both score goals while not really playing that well.

As for Green, he's a proper winger who is capable of beating a defender with both pace and skill. He's also very good at cutting inside and shooting from distance, something that Adomah isn't capable of.

I wouldn't replace Adomah with Green just yet, but I do certainly agree that he'll force him out of the team at some point this season.

  4. I think he's great. The way he strikes the ball, whenever he gets around the edge of the penalty area, I'm always pretty confident he's going to test the keeper, or at least get an effort away on target. For me, when he gets on the score-sheet, it's an indicator that we're playing pretty well as it means he's arriving late in the box and attacking knock downs or crosses. Some matches he'll play too deep but still keeps things tidy, but he's at his most effective when he's getting further forward because it gives us a whole new dimension. I like to think of him as our version of Frank Lampard.

  5. We don't play again for another 10 days:(.

Most important thing for me here is to keep our momentum going. It'll be a difficult game but I'd take a draw which will bring us nicely into two very easy home games against Burton and Blues.
