Apparently UEFA offered a load of money to the English teams to back out but none to the Spanish clubs as they view them as the enemy

If you were the powers that be, what type of punishment would you hand to these clubs?

Interesting bit from the fans forum Labour just held, was suggested since most of the clubs/their stadiums are in Labour controlled areas, there are options that could use to stop matches being played.
