  1. It's a crap game at the same time though, I mean if somebody was to explain to me that there is this game where you mine blocks of stone, dirt etc to then build things out of them, I'd tell them they were stupid for buying it. Love it though.

Agreed. It's different to any other game I have though so it has a niche. Plus it is quiet so I can play it when the rest of the house is asleep!

  2. I bought the xbox version of this the other day and am addicted. I chose the xbox version over the pc version so I can relax on the sofa while playing it on a large screen. I can also play co-op with my son on it. It's very educational with smelting and building, and killing creatures with bow and arrows :). There are updates planned to make it more like the pc version. For a novice there is more than enough to be getting on with. Probably not much point for anyone who has the pc version though.

  3. Looking at the top example it is 4/4 time so you count to 4 for each bar. Your left hand would start and play a chord of DFAb for beat 1, then two lots of chord FAC in the space of the 2nd beat, then in this bar you hold that chord for 2 more beats to finish the bar, having counted to 4 in total. At the same time your right hand is resting for half of beat 1, then plays a D for 1 and a half beats, then you have 4 more notes, (quavers) DFAC to play at the same time as your left hand is holding the last chord. These 4 notes are played evenly over beats 3 and 4.

  4. In my opinion, if the speed limit increase happens it will lead to more stress/accidents on the motorways when busy, as the speedsters do 10 mph more than they did before whilst the slower drivers do not and there will be more tailgating and aggression and stubborness from both parties but at faster speeds. Not good.

  5. I'm not religious but I think as a country we are missing the moral guidance and community spirit religion brings. Shame there isn't a non-religious alternative at the same scale. We could do with it.

    Secular humanism

Basically, do unto others what you want others to do unto you, deceptively simple concept.

Thanks for the info legov. Sadly the concept seems to be lacking in the world these days.
