Employers are worried by people who have "too much experience" because they are worried the new employee will quickly get board and start looking for other jobs better suiting their level of experience (and pay).

Yeah I get that. Plus they worry that you might be a threat to their position.

I got the feeling that the guy interviewing me felt a bit threatened cause he struggled with some of the questions I asked him about the business.

Celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary today and the wife's ok about me going to the Villa tonight. I'm taking her out this weekend to make it up.

Well it's my 4th anniversary on 06/10 but if I can have it sorted like the above after 26 years I will be a happy guy.
