After 11 years I won't be renewing. Moving away due to work but that's immaterial as the football we've played over the last 4 years made my mind up for me. It's a shame as when we play well and are entertaining, there's no better experience but sadly those days are just too few and far between.

He took a proper corner for a change and we scored from it! The corners where he chips it in are infuriating, so I'm glad after 2 seasons he finally seems to have seen sense!

if it was on Sky box office you probably wouldn't be able to switch the telly on for it but box nation don't seem to be advertising it anywhere, which is a shame because if they plugged it a bit more they would get a shit load of people sign up just for this fight which by all accounts is something they could do with at the moment

am i correct in assuming you need a separate subscription to watch boxnation, and therefore this fight? that's so frustrating if so; i really cba to stay up til 4am to watch it on a shitty stream.

blackburn and more likely to go down than sunderland, so from a villa survival perspective (because that is all i care about this season - as bad as it sounds) a sunderland win is the better result for us.

did the b'ham half marathon today...first one. did 1.37.51 (was hoping for 1.35). the 11th mile has a 250ft elevation and that pretty much ruined my time i think as i felt that i was going slow through it.

legs also felt a bit heavy after 4, which is annoying as it was much more of a struggle than i imagined. when ive done 10m runs in prep always felt good in the legs so hoping i can beat 1.35 next time i do one provided i discover how best to sort out my diet before a race!

If he goes, I would be more willing to accept it if he went to Arsenal. Obviously Liverplop are a "bigger" club than us, but because they are in exactly the same competitions as us next year it would be a bit harder to take.

Arsenal's interest is good for us (if we accept the fact he was going to go to Liverplop) simply because we can now generate a price war. £22m+ and I think we'd have done "well" from the sale.

Although AM would not be my ideal replacement, I support AVFC...and not the manager, the players etc (although good one's do help!).

For what t's worth I reckon we'll get Moyes, Hughes or Martinez; with my pick of those 3 being Moyes.

I said after Sunderland that he should be sacked. I'm glad I'm not in charge of that decision! Still not overly pleased with how he has conducted himself in certain areas, but I am beginning to like him more and more. Plus, I like that he isn't afraid to make changes and that he has been able to attract some signings. Houllier ftw!
