  1. Was good to see us getting a stroke of luck today and Dyche surrendering midfield to us by allowing us the extra man in there, as always the 70 minute law came in with the  players and we began to sit deeper and ride our good fortune resulting in what we see every game  the inevitable capitulation. We go again , We go again, We go again but we never learn.

The fans were great today in numbers and voice That is Aston Villa

We deserve better from our club not this shamble's.

  2. Seems all the blues fans you talk to want lambert to stay, pullis would not have assembled this squad and even then  could have got more points out of this bunch of misfits.

  3. It's plain to see why Martinez walked away, only for the yes man to plunge straight in and do the masters bidding. You do not have to give this breed any money or any semblance of a chance to build they only follow orders to the letter and in the  oliver tradition they dare not to ask for more.

  4. The problem with being a Yes man is you accept whatever the task that is put before you and any owner worth his salt would never give you money because you will accept  terms that any decent guy will walk away from.  When the master calls you jump and take whatever he dictates.

  5. Glad we got that win today and seem to be safe but we should be doing that to the Hulls of this league . Even if our manager had to be forced to a plan b and the subs came good for once against a poor side that had a cup on their minds.Far too many bad days to outweigh the good ones.

  6. Football is about 90 minutes every team will have a spell in the match and look on a par with the opposition, but when your defence decides to fall apart at the seems starting with guzan for the second and vlarr and baker for the remainder of the game it isn't a close contest it is one side giving the game away and a manager that is  so out of his depth its a good job he lives in the land of delusion.

  7. Expected us to go at Southampton from the start yesterday to at least show some spirit but as always back down to earth with slap of reality. The total lack of apathy from most of the team screamed no support for the manager and the so called better players in our side disappeared for the game. Southampton have a future with their up and coming stars, three or four 18-19 year olds yesterday thought that was supposed to be villa with their young and eager 5 year plan.
