Can you play WoW on a Mac? I must admit, I'm tempted to sign up just to have a look round and level up, and do some PvP.

I must agree with the ladies - the feel of the game is far closer to Vanilla than I thought was possible. Underwater zone is a bit meh though.

Who's still around from the Dashers? What happened to healnoctus.com?

Loads knocking around still. Ninja'd some to join Darkblade as the dashers imploded and the management disappeared. I hosted/paid for healnoctus.com and seeing as whoever is trading off the name now had not the decency to reply to any of my mails I pulled the plug. Razor is kinda GM at the moment, but I really want to name back. Even if to retire it gracefully.

Questing should generate decent XP. No reason why you shouldn't be 80 before Cata at all.

That doesn't matter now though. Have you used the latest dungeon finder tool lately? I don't understand why people would moan and groan at me if I put my name down for a DPS rather than a tank, and a few times now I have done the recount and I have always come in 2nd or 3rd place with most damage.

As Sonof has hinted at already, Ret is a decent dps spec for a poor dps class - unfortunately, in the same way that warriors/bears rae, the shortage of tanking classes always leads to complaints if you don't/can't/won't tank. That part of the game hasn't changed at all. The Dungeon Finder is ok, but still too many idiots getting you saved to unfinishable instances.

This is in no way a critcism of Lo...Palladins. :winkold:

I did J, trying not to get back in at the moment. Terrible addictive. moving house/getting new job and a dog have helped though :-)

Only ever got mine to lvl 21 iirc, so didn't really get to try the AoE stuff, although even at that level it looked like a decent grinding spec. Found it too un-involving after Isdead/Sculli (thats a personal opinion) so never bothered taking it further. Still can't work battle.net ! Can we re-run ZF ?

My friends one is now so slow as to be unusable after the update. People hang up before the screen reacts to 'answer'. Which is quite bad as it's her business tool. Any ideas why ?

BoTS became The Usual Suspects - still going with a few old faces. I was in Dashers still at that point - then joined Raz and a decent bunch in Darkblade till now. Most of them taking/took a break the same tbh. Dashers being ran by someone wouldn't have given the time of day to @ 60. Shame, trading on the name.

Anyways, I would consider a return for Cata if a few of the vt lot were interested, and would quite like to see what they do (to Azeroth).
