The 5k distance is equally as hard as a half marathon ...all about pace ....I've felt more bolloxed after a 5k than a 1/2......

So the 50k didnt go as planned ...... I picked up a bit of an injury going into it ...thought it was a tight IT band ......26k in the knee seized up ....a scan later shows a tear on the ACL and fluid on the knee .....specialist tomorrow to have a look at options

50k next Saturday ....IB and calfs we're like rocks leading to some mad knee pain ...just back from a sadistic physio session so fingers crossed ... seriously considering taking up a bit of yoga as I'm totally shite at stretching

clearings in the woods walking directly behind a reversing car !!! .... coming out of the cinema yesterday and I was fairly far out reversing when this dope walks straight behind the car ..head buried in the phone !! Reversing sensors bleep like I'm about to crash ...so I stop the car get out and stop the lad ...I'm like a you **** serious walking right behind a reversing car ...he's like what's your problem man ....I just say you ya clearing in the woods...he walks on .. ....but I seen something similar happen today outside a supermarket ...this one walks with a trolly directly behind a reversing car ....tis **** madness !!!

Where did travolta peak ....did he think it was SnF ....then when he was in pulp fiction he must have known been a seasoned pro this was the film ....every line a classic 

Broken Arrow and Face Off  two good flicks as well ... Or was Cage the star in Face Off 

We have a thing in work where we name actors who have peaked and when making the movie do they know that "that movie" was the peak ...then how do you cope as a professional knowing anything after will never be as good ..... so lets say as actor wise russell crowe peaked in "gladiator" ....he set himself up with a great performance in the slow burner .."the insider" then delivered the performance of a lifetime in gladiator ...had some great performances after say in Cinderella man or American Gangster but he would never reach the height of gladiator again possibly ever ...and director wise ....Peter Jackson ...only 56 but has he spunked the load on the LOTR trilogy ? like everything was just near perfect for that movie casting, music , sets etc everything after has just been ....a bit shit ......or am I the only one who errr thinks on those lines ?

Justice league is just a steaming pile of shite .. 2/10
