    My son has been nominated by his local clubs' coaches to be trialled by Worcestershire CCC tonight.

    He absolutely cricket mad, so this is really cool for him.

    Will have 3/4 weekends to have a look at him.  If nothing comes of it, they'll give him some pointers where he needs to improve, then we'll work on it through the winter, ready for next summer!

    I never got trialled anywhere! 😭

    That’s awesome Lapal, keeping everything crossed for him 🤞

    I’m feeling a little lost right now.

     

    just had to take our 12 year old cat mitzy to emergency vet as she started seizing. She’s had a non cancerous tumour on her kidney for last 18 months which hasn’t seemed to bother her, but she’s taken a real turn out of nowhere tonight. She had 7 seizures in all. It’s my wife’s cat really as she had her from the year before we got together. 
     

    she was the loveliest little soul. A real people cat. She would snuggle up to anyone who came round and even did so with the people who walked past our house the little flirt. She always knew when you were sad and would come and cuddle to look after you. My wife’s distraught. We knew this day would come but it hasn’t made it any easier.
