I think we should have a Rock appreciation evening. We'll get some beers in, popcorn, get into our pyjamas and watch some of his films, epic WWF/WWE matches and only be allowed to speak in Rock'isms.

I've just cleared out & consolidated my 6,423,135 Spotify Playlists. That feels good...

So, kicked him out tonight - he's just left. I caught him lying about where he'd been (which just happened to be in the same area where this woman lives), so I'm done. You were all right - I gave him more than enough chances (stupidly, really) and he threw them back in my face.

Very sad, but at least the tension has gone and I know where I stand. Just need to get on with the rest of my life now.

The commentators crying when it started to sink in that Jenny had just become Britain's first Olympic medalist on the snow was my personal favourite moment.

An Olympic Medal defintely calls for a return to add a congratulatory message.
