I really hope were atleast looking in to the possibility to sign Jeff Reine-Adelaide from Lyon. Would fit perfect in our midfield!

Dont know what he'll cost, maybe 25 m£ ?

Just look at him play and you'll see the extreme difference from Gestede for exampel. Gestede could head the ball and not much more else... Watkins works extremly hard, never misses a game, 26 goals from open play last year, has pace, can do a job on the wing. But, most of all he will be extremly important in the defensive work. He will be great at starting the press from upfront and will do that job for 90 mins. Theres more to a strikers game than score goals in modern football.

I'd say Watkins is the most important signing we could do this summer. If it cost 28 m£  with addons then so be it. I dont think we could sign at striker from Europe with all of Watkins upsides for the same amount and is willing o come to us.

I liked the look of Denis Zakaria at Mönchengladbach. Beast of a midfielder. Hes probably out of our reach as it is. Dont even know if hes for sale. Really good player though.

Well, we rarely had any players in the penaltybox last season. Kind of hard to get awarded penalties in that case!

Yeah, Gregg has probaly scouted through this tread and come up with it. Would love it though, think Weston McKennie would be perfectly suited to the PL and us.

Brentford is about to sign Saman Ghoddos (swedish/iranian striker) from Amiens according to swedish media.

He will be a really good championship striker for Brentford.

Considering he played at FC Copenhagen under our new DoF Lange he might be on our radar. But I doubt we are looking to spend that much on a LB since we have Targett.

As for Rashica I still feel he will end up at RB Leipzig but they might need the money for other things if they aim to sign Angeliño and Schick on a permanent deals

Pretty sure I´ve read an article not long ago stated he would be availible for 7 mil euro. Dont know if thats correct though..

My take on Benrahma.

Hes a really fine player. A good creative one. Probably one thats gonna be MoM one week and not to be seen the other. Problem for me is that he plays the same position as Jack. There is no way hes better than Jack in that position. Ok, you say - Easy, we'll move Jack to the middle. I'll be totally against that, why move your best player from the position where he creates chances and scoring goals? To play Jack in the middle there is no balance in the team with McGinn and Luiz. McGinn would in that case have to convert into a DCM, is he any good at that role? If Jack plays through the middle I guess we´ll have to bench McGinn and sign a new midfielder?

But, IF Jack goes I'm all for signing Benrahma.

Would love us to take a chance on McKennie. Asked a Bundesliga "expert" about him and he thought McKennie could be avaliable for 20-25 m euros.
