Tried to get as proper colours as possible. I have to say it does look loads better than the drab dark original.

This looks so much better with the colours corrected. At this stage of the process it's unforgivable to see the finalised colours that far out.

  2. This is the problem with asking 1000s of people to give their opinion on how a brand should look instead of getting 4 decent options and letting people vote for the final one. Too many cooks et etc.

Both are pretty basic concepts and look so bland without any yellow in the mark itself. It would have been a decent idea to show the inverted colour counterparts too. The circle in the inverted option would work pretty well, currently it's got no contrast, but I think it's probably a better option.

Villa would have gone 9th if a winner was scored.

We would be 6 points better off if we'd scored a winner in the last 2 games - that's the issue, currently we don't look likely to score ever again.

the logic of this post makes me want to cry 😭

im really starting to get disenfranchised with the club at mo, its horrible.

I've been feeling that for weeks now too. I hate watching us play, it's criminal that Gerrard has made us into such a cynical, dull team. What compounds it further is there's zero emphasis on competition for places. Its grim to see talented, creative players like Buendia sit on the bench, no matter how well they play in the limited minutes he gives to them.

400m spent to be a work in **** progress?

Gerrard isn't going anywhere is he...I'm getting so close to saying "purslow out"

From what Justin talks about here, and the following twests in this thread, it doesn't look sound like he's going anywhere just yet. If anything he was doing a cover job on the poor results/ performances.

taking away from the fact that his opinion is wrong (he's allowed it), it's incredibly poor language to use against a professional by a former pro

He's absolutely entitled to an opinion, but he should be ridiculed for it. Pundits like Mills (average players/careers) spouting  hypocritcal nonsense is becoming way to common nowadays, controversy for clicks/engagements sake. I doubt he's got the balls to say it to his face, so he certainly shouldn't be saying it on national radio station.

Your the one saying shaming i haven't??. I havent said that ive aaid take accountability and ownership by stepping up and improving.  Not being consistently shit like he has been

I did say shaming... poor word choice on my behalf tbh. On the accountability point, stepping up and improving is clearly what he should be doing, but he's out of form and playing poorly, if he could just flick a switch and be back in form then we wouldn't be complaining about him starting or even being the captain surely?

    Sounds like you are?

Dont think its much to show accountability by admitting your not been at your best but then try improve your performances. Getting your team fired up as captain.

Mcginn isnt captain material. Poor choice

I agree he's not the right choice as captain and that's his performances have been consistently poor for ages, but to criticise him for not publically shaming himself seems way over the top. He seems the kind of geezer who'd be just as annoyed at his form as we are. Do you not think it's a much more professional approach to keep discussions about form and offer accountability to his team mates behind closed doors? I suppose he might not be, but I doubt it.

I think mcginns as big a problem as gerrard is. At least gerarrd is holding himself accountable when he messes up. Where is mcginns accountability?

Are you expecting him to publically self flagulate for his performances?
