Imagine having Poch and going to McKenna, Maresch (however it’s spelt) or Frank.
Their would be uproar on here, be like end of days stuff!
It does appear to be a massive step down.
With maresca it feels like a poundland pep

Rooney to Plymouth
Plymouth to League One
I have a feeling he will do well there
The fans wont have the same expectations that the oily blosers do.
Also they can attract some high profile players for a club like Plymouth that ve freat for them

2m is a baragin but 3 years seems long for a guy thats almost 31 ans injury prone. Hopefully its a 2 year with further year option

That is madness when you consider how much they paid for us - £65m ish I think?
It really is. they really will make a killing if and when they sell up

Not sure if this has been reported- but forbes has us valued now at $800m
22nd most valuable side in the world thats slightly more than newcastle

I guess you never know, maybe he's the next Mourinho. I do think footballers (especially PL ones) are not necessarily the most open-minded bunch and might be thinking to themselves 'I moved to Chelsea in a £50+m transfer to be managed by Ipswich's manager??'
I can imagine all those egos at chelsea listening to a manager thats never managed anywhere near the level the expectations of these players.
Also i think the chelsea fans will never accept him as he is not a big enough name. Mckenna better off staying at ipswich or taking brighton job

The Sun and Times usually switch when it looks utterly hopeless for the tories. They might not necessarily back Labour but I can't see them giving Sunak a ringing endorsement. Mail, Express and Telegraph are true blue. Though nowadays not sure how important a paper backing a political party is given the circulation figures. A social influencer is probably more important now.
This.
The sun will try take credit for helping labour win.
I remember years ago a labour mp ripped up a sun news paper and the sun was going nits about it. Massive respect to that man

Wrexham now are entering terrority where their celebs/owners wealth isnt that big compared to league one and conference
Blose owners and i think wycombe have more money.
However if reynolds and McElhenney want to take them next level - they should start looking at some outside investment sell a stake of their shares to a wealthy investor. I think alot of people would be interested in invetsing in wrexham after what they have done for the club and the success of the documentary. I think they could attract investors who are more wealthier than the blosers have

I'd be very surprised if he's here next season.
Shame as I think he's got massive potential
Same
His agent being a snake - duran hasnt proven he deserves a new contract or more starts yet. He is only young. Focus on becoming a better player before you just waving demands around.
I think he will go chelsea personally as they are gonna make a stupid offer that will help us with FFP. Of that happens we may not need to sell JJ

Yeah i see this as a gerrard type signing
I can see why we wanted him in jan but at 32 we need a younger left back if digne is moved on

May have already been mentioned but I assume the City Group will be made to reduce their stake in Girona the same way we had to with Vitoria now they’re both in the UCL, or do the rules only apply to certain clubs?
Well i would imagine if they dont our owners will be writing to uefa demanding a explanation

Being linked with two ghana youngsters the main link is aziz masibau who is compared to didier drogba and who plays for dreams fc. 1.2m is the fee and celtic are after him too.
The other is emmanuel agyei.

There are 2 main types of auction. You need to check the T&C for the actual auction.
Traditional Method = It's up to the buyer to make any checks before bidding. If they win the bid they pay a deposit. That deposit is lost if the sale doesn't proceed.
Modern Method = The successful bidder pays a smaller deposit. They get a period of x days to arrange surveys. They can pull out within x days but lose some of the deposit. After x days they lose all the deposit.
If the buyer pulls out you have a few options.
1. Agree a price drop
2. Stick to your guns and retain their deposit. But you will probably have to pay the auction fees out of the deposit. So there may not be much left.
3. Ask the auction if they know the losing bidders details and approach them.
Thanks mandys life boats thats really helpful ill have a read but im 99% certain its traditional method. Its through purple bricks - god they are shite

I guess it’s on you whether to lower the price because of the damp?
If she pulls out of the deal then she’ll lose the deposit. That’s the point of the deposit. From your side if you keep the deposit you can fix the damp and maybe have some left over?
That's the thing usually when its a normal house sale you can do this but with a auction price is already agreed
The auction price on the sale was 25k lower than asking price so i feel dropping anymore is abit of a insult for abit of damp on a old flat!
