Championship manager for me system change makes no difference lacks tactically awareness same mistakes weekly now not all his fault tho.The team looks deflated and flat.Lets be honest if he wasn't a villa man he would be gone already.Watford and Southampton made the change look like a different team were loosing touch.

This needs to happen asap the recruitment left us short bigtime in this area huge mistake get support for Wesley or another striker.

I back Dean all the way,but we need to make a few tweaks our system and game plan it's not working. Who's in charge of fitness and conditioning we cannot run out games time and time again.
