  1. Titanbet once asked me for a photo holding the card! Essentially these bookies sometimes like to make you jump through hoops to make 100% sure you are who you say you are. But if you are... then you have nothing to worry about, and essentially they have a legal duty to pay you out so it's nothing to worry about. Also an update on Dutching EW on races, we posted a race yesterday where it was profitable even without the 'extra place' we're investigating this more over the coming weeks but I personally made £140 on that race, risk-free! the future is looking brighter and brighter at profit squad. And there's another £30 guaranteed tomorrow from Bet365 - so that's £90 worth of guaranteed profit this month from that offer alone. Pretty good value for money on a full subscription!
  2. Ah I see - well yes keep to the Extra Place races for now. Just to update you, we have tried dutching 2 non-Extra Place races in the last 2 days and locked in a profit on both. Will be posting more info to Profit Squad over the next few weeks once we have narrowed the criteria for how to find the profitable races (without having to check them all!)
  3. KHV it sounds a little like you are experimenting with an idea there, I would just like to state that dutching non-extraplace races are generally speaking NOT +EV and not something that we endorse on the site as being a proven strategy - In fact there is little if any value in covering the whole field if your only reasoning for it being profitable is to hope that an outsider comes top 4, may as well just bet on the outsiders then (which is fine, but not something we deal with) that is more into 'trading' territory. Also just to point out if you use the dutching spreadsheet we made for extra places, it auto-calculates your stakes to make the payout for coming placed the same regardless of the odds, so you only make a lot more if an outsider WINS, not merely placing. Anyway, "Life after sign-ups" is as simple as doing the offers on the calendar every day. You only have to count the value of the offers posted (and bare in mind half the offers do not carry an exact figure so we state no figure for those) to see that you can easily make over £1k/month - it just requires a £1-2k bank. If you don't have that amount of money yet, it should only take a couple of months to grow £250 into £1500. But generally the more you have the easier it is to make 4 figures. Accumulators are another area you can make a profit on if you're looking to make 4 figures each month. It requires you to keep an eye on a few matches so it's not suited to part-timers who can only bet at the weekends for example, but anyone who has 10 minutes per day should be able to make a decent wedge from these when the footy season returns. But again it can lock your betfair funds up for days, so if you want to be doing these ON TOP of the regular calendar offers, you'll be needing that large bank. Until then though, let's enjoy the racing! Some superb offers up tomorrow on the calendar already
  4. It's hard not to be a little smug when that happens. It certainly makes you view the whole betting game differently. This might also be a good moment to point out we have a "Refer A Friend" scheme that earns you £10-35 per member you get to sign up...... in case you see them again
  5. Yup, KVH has got it in 1! Going through the sign-up offers will help you build up a nice pot of money. Once you've done this, you have casino & Bingo to do also. Then you get to do all the "daily" offers that we post to the calendar - here 1 day, gone the next. You'd be surprised how many offers there are on a daily basis, we usually post over 30 per day. Even if you only do the best 2-3 offers each day you would find it virtually impossible not to be making £hundreds every month. And yes, once you have got a really good bank of £1k+ plus you can not-only speed things up by doing more offers at the same time, but you can start doing things like Dutching extra place races where you can easily look to make over £100 in 1 race, just by placing a few bets over 15 minutes (once you are experienced enough to do these bets quickly, of course! It may take a bit longer while you get to grips with it, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of it)
  6. Yup but as you correcty say, as time goes on and you become more experienced it gets easier. I always liken it to learning to drive. At the start you're having to think about gears, pedals, mirrors, pedestrians etc. if you were the first person to ever get in a car you'd probably think it was too much / a lot of hard work for nothing. But after doing it for a month or 2, all those things sink into your subconscious, and by the time you pass your test you're able to do all of it at once and hold a conversation quite comfortably. Matched betting is very much the same. It feels like there is a lot to learn and a lot to do sometimes, but the more you do it the more you begin to see that almost everything revolved around the same ideas and you're just repeating the same stuff but for different reasons and in different scenarios. I have placed something like 3,000 bets this year and most of them would have taken a total of 30 seconds each from logging into the bookie and getting my bet matched on betfair. It's a skill - a fairly easy one compared to other incomes - but a skill all the same, where practice makes perfect and results increase proportionately to experience.
  7. As the 30 day for £5 offer is due to expire in the next 48 hours (message me for details), just wondered if any of you guys who signed up could pass comment on what you think of the service so far? Obviously it will take a little while to explore everything we have and all the potential opportunities out there, but hopefully you have an idea already as to the quality of the service and whether we provide value for money. After the £1 trial on our homepage, our annual membership is currently £99 + VAT so it works out to be £10/month, unless you're taking the monthly payment option. Personally as we think it's fairly easy to make this back in your first week, we think the service is pretty good value for money. We also like to believe we offer a very attentive service that interacts with people on a personal level, to help everyone get up to a good standard and making decent money. It would be very easy to throw up a quick matched betting site and then leave people to it (we know because we've seen many other sites take this approach) but frankly everyone starts with varied experience in betting and some people need help t get started, we think it's well worth taking the time to help everyone, to actively help them on a 1-2-1 basis. If you're making money then we're gaining a long-term, happy, money-making customer base. That is our approach to business. But we're certainly not delusional enough to think we're perfect - so we're open to constructive criticism, while positive feedback of course always welcome too hope everyone who signed up and made money with us can take 1 minute to comment on whether they would recommend this to others or not, as it helps give others the confidence to try also. Thanks! [Edit - thanks KHV! Glad you are enjoying it]
  8. It will say on the right side of betfair, matched or unmatched. If you check the odds before hand you also need to check the amount of money sat there at those odds. So if it says odds 2.00 and underneath it says £32 but you need to place a £50 bet, then it will match £32 of it and then £18 will sit there waiting to be matched by someone else. There's a video lesson in the training area that shows you what to do if the odds move which may help further.
  9. Definetly! Make sure you learn something from every little mistake and even if it didn't go too wrong this time it may next time etc. In this case always make sure your bets get matched, better to take a slightly worse price and try to get a better match next time, than to leave it an "hope" the odds come back down. As long as you're following the training you'll be raking it in anyway, though everyone makes a few mistakes along the way it's how you deal with those that determines how successful you are in the long term. Same in any area of life really. Also just to clarify the graphs above, it's a running total, not making 16k/month haha.
  10. If you CAN open a proper bank, that is the best option. However in my experience people often struggle to find the time / energy to bother going into a bank to open an account, whereas ffrees while costing 15p per deposit, really only amounts to £1-2 per month so in the scheme of how much you make it's less than 1% / not a huge concern. But yes, go get a real free bank account if you can. It's £5 for 30 days (and that's a reduced rate for viila talk members only / and this offer expires in a few days time so anyone still interested please send us a message, even if you can't make the payment until next week as long as we receive a message by the end of the weekend we'll keep the offer open to you. To answer your question about how much I've personally made, I keep very detailed accounts of everything I do, even by category (sports/casino/bingo etc.) here is my profit from the last 18 months. You can see last year while working 70 hour weeks on Profit Squad I had less time to do much (but still did well!) I was only doing it on Saturdays. Then we went into live testing around september, the workload reduced to a more normal 40-50 hour week ever since, and profits have soured now. I still make most of this at the weekends, as PS keeps me busy but if there's something good like the Euros/Ascot like this week, I will make time. By the way, thanks to ascot / extra place races, I've made around £2k this week! This is the 2nd time this year that has happened from sports betting, only beaten by the william hill loophole we posted in April which I made £6k from in 4 days. Obviously I have a large bank now by building it over the years, but in just 3 months you could turn £250 into £1.5-£2k and then you can do the high stake stuff too, to crank it up a bit and earn more, quicker. Please note, I still only do about 10% of the offers we post on the calendar! Hoping some people who joined up and have been on our fb group can verify the earning potential this week! A lady tried the extra place offers today for the first time with a modest bank and made £82 (risk free) on 1 race. There have been 3 of these races each day this week during Ascot, and I've been using 3x higher stakes than this person hence the larger returns.
  11. This is why we advise you to open a ffrees.co.uk account, it takes 5 minutes then you have a completely separate bank. It will 100% not affect your mortage application if you're using a different bank. Nothing you do will affect your credit rating - it's only the state of your bank statements that may be a concern. Every problem has a solution.. the solution = get a ffrees/other bank account I am about move house myself and am not remotely concerned as I've done exactly this. Great! And don't worry too much about the sign-up bonuses. There's bound to be a few new ones to get you started, and we cover a bunch of casino/bingo ones too. Never thought i'd do bingo in my life, can't stand the idea of it personally! but the offers only take about 5 mins to do, and I hit a £750 win once which is always a nice surprise. Usually you only make £10-20 - but still, what's that as an hourly rate??
  12. Regarding mortage applications, we actually have a video lesson on "banking safety" please check it out, as it gives you all the advice you need to keep everything in good standing and make sure you're fine. The short answer is though, if you're in it for the long-term then you should ideally get a bank account just for betting. Ffrees is one we recommend because you can open it online in 5 minutes (if you have your ID handy) and they'll post you a debit card, and you're ready to go. And yes regarding the existing-customer offers, check the calendar page, it's rammed full of offers every day and we value them for you so you can quickly see where the best offers are. Click any of them for instructions on how to lock them in. You can also discuss them in the fb group if you have any questions / if you want to see what others are doing with it.
  13. That's when the game really begins I personally think of the money you make from opening accounts as a "bonus" to the real reason you're doing matched betting. Existing Customer offers are wayyyy more profitable than most people ever realise. For example the Bet365 offer I mentioned, the bet 50 for 50 one, can be locked in for £30 profit guaranteed, and only takes around 5 minutes to do it each time they run that promo. They run this approx. 25 times per year.. and that is just 1 recurring offer. Think how many bookies there are, how many sports... it really adds up. Then consider we also post casino loopholes, of which I would say 50% of my income came from last year, the majority of which all came within 2 different weekends. Those were very, very nice weekends! The offers and loopholes vary throughout the year which is why it's a much better idea to just "punt" the annual membership if you can afford it, and see if you don't make 20-100x more back over that year. If you put 1-2 hours in each week, it's almost impossible not to reach those figures if you're following our advice. The trial / monthly membership is where most people start of course, but that means you're going in with less confidence/commitment and sadly not everyone makes it past the "learning the ropes" stage, they make a few hundred quid off the signups and then leave it there. It really is their loss I am currently working with a customer who cancelled their membership 3 months ago because she got a bit confused and didn't think she could do it. I convinced her she was doing fine, to stick at it, and I have now helped her make £80~ this week, and she'll be signing up again for an annual membership. She will certainly go on to make decent profits now because the hard work has been done, she gets it, and it's plain sailing from here on out, for the most part. So whether you give up and make nothing or go through with it and make thousands is only down to you and how much you want it, in my opinion! The opportunities are there every single day, ask anyone who has done matched betting for a little while and they will tell you the same.
  14. Yes all bookies (by law) need to verify their customers. A lot will do this automatically without bothering you, but some will ask you to prove your ID. It's literally never a problem / never a case they will hold onto your funds just because they decide so - you're protected by the gambling commission so they have to obey the law, every case that goes through the commission can have a damaging effect on their rating, which in turn loses them business, so it makes sense for them to not screw you around. So there's nothing really to worry about - they just sometimes have to double-check who you are, it's usually to stop people multi-accounting. It can be 'any' bookie, and those bookies will check some people and not others. But in reality unless you are actually doing something against the terms like multi-accounting, you'll find over 90% of books don't bother you with ID checks. Regarding the racing stuff, you don't need thousands - I assume you're referring to yesterdays action on the extra place races? I did use a couple of thousand myself but as you can see, I made around £600 yesterday. It's all scalable. If you had used £200 on the extra places, you could have made £60 using the exact same methods I used. Also, there are the regular Channel 4 racing offers we make a profit on, which is just a straight forward back & lay on 1 horse each time, so again you only need a couple of hundred to do those. There's a 2nd B365 offer (today) so that's another £30 guaranteed we'll be locking in this month - so that's £60 guaranteed for only around 10-15 minutes work in total. Anyone who joined from villa talk and already had a Bet365 account (or recently opened one) should therefore be £60 richer from this offer alone, and that's just 2 offers. We post around 20-30 per day. Any more questions / feedback welcome, there's a few days left to use our 30 day membership for £5 to see for yourself, just direct message me "interested in the £5 membership" and I'll get you set up.
  15. Bet365 are running another £50 risk-free bet on England's game against Wales on Thursday. Another £30+ guaranteed profit for Profit Squad members. We're going to call a cut-off date for the £5 30-day membership on June the 20th. After that you can still join us via the 14-day trial on the home page. It is a great week to join up - Ascot got off to a good start today, loads of quality offers flying around, extra places galore - personally made a little over £200 today and that was with a clusterf*ck from ladbrokes that stopped it being a £300 day. Hoping for more tomorrow, but as Ascot runs for 5 days, I'm looking to make at least £1k+ this week which is not unsual for racing festivals. One member made £2.2k during Cheltenham this year, and he only started matched betting 6 months prior with a £250 bank. Goes to show what you can do, if you try! Our sponsored post is coming to an end soon, so if you've ever wanted to ask anything about matched betting now is a good time. Hopefully some of the many who joined from Villa Talk will be along soon to post about their experience, and hopefully they have seen the potential & made some good money already
  16. To a degree yes, and the amount you can earn will fluctuate across the year according to big sporting events among other things. You can generally speaking expect to earn between £1-2k per month if you were putting some time in to it. You can probably make around £500 per month with just a couple of hours per week with even a modest bank, but to make £1k+ you probably need that amount to begin with (or save your profits for 1-2 months until you have this amount) But you may have 3 or 4 months in the year where you double what you make the rest of the time, so these figures are an average you can expect it may be less sometimes and more other times. Most of our offers are logged with 'estimated profit' figures and 'guaranteed profit' figures. These figures are totalled by the day and by the month - here's a look at the monthly breakdown for 2016 so far (not all of our offers are possible to give an exact figure, so in reality these are the totals for only around 50-60% of the offers we've posted) http://www.image-share.com/ijpg-3260-63.html
  17. By "non-guaranteed" we mean offers that don't necessarily return a profit. For example, there's plenty of £10 risk-free offers that will either make you a profit or you get your money back. We never advise tips.. We aren't a tipping service, perhaps you should try the service! Free information is great and if you want to get into matched betting on your own, of course you should go for it! You do not NEED a premium service like Profit Squad. But many people need help getting their heads around it all, need an oddsmatcher and the other time-saving software, and we offer 7 day support with the added security of knowing every offer we post is tried & tested. It's a very small price to pay for security and having everything you need in 1 high quality service. There is a reason people try our £1 trial and then stick around instead of going off on their own. As joe mentioned, we posted a couple of loopholes this year already that made some members 4 figures in 1 weekend. If you were "going it alone" you simply would not have known about them. You're entitled to think we're making it up as this stuff always sounds too good to be true until you actually give it a go, but that doesn't mean it is by default. We're taught to be cynical with things like this, it's smart to be cautious. But matched betting isn't something we're pitching - that is a real thing that 10's of thousands are doing every week. We're not here to tell you about it, we're here to offer a service that makes it easier and less time-consuming. And no, arbitrage betting is when you seek out odds that are higher at the bookmakers than they are on an exchange. We are taking odds LOWER than the exchange, and instead taking value from the offers. Why don't you actually try the £1 trial and see if we're wrong
  18. Kingman an example of what we do is for example on tonights England game Bet365 are running a "£50 risk free bet" promotion where you wager £50 to get a £50 free bet. Rather than gamble though, we can lock this in for approx. £30 guaranteed with just 2 bets to qualify for the free bet, and 2 bets to use it / lock it in for guaranteed profit. So if you like to gamble, then this is NOT really for you. But if you like to make guaranteed profits, we have posted a huge amount of stuff this weekend, there's £124 guaranteed on the daily calendar today and if you do the non-guaranteed stuff too the estimated profit is a staggering £428 today!! You'd obviously need to have a large amount of money to do every offer today, but like Joe said, even if you only have a small starting bank you can still make a decent amount of money and grow it into a larger bank surprisingly quickly.
  19. Hi Davkaus, regarding the login info, point taken - we'll add in a warning to the spreadsheet to be careful and suggest that pen & paper may be a safer method. However some people do like the option, so we like to provide everyone with what they need and allow them to decide what to use. Personally save the login info to my browser, but again this is something not everyone may want to do. It's difficult to offer a "1 fits all" solution when it comes to security, so we like to cover all options for everyone. Will add the warning though! For the exchange, we recommend betfair for many reason - they have more markets, more money within the markets to match your bets with, they're more reliable (smarkets have been known to cancel bets without telling you, for instance) but generally you're free to use whichever you want. We had to pick 1 for the training videos, so we chose the most popular one. Personally I use smarkets for some bets (football mostly) but will not touch it for anything like horse racing as I've found them to be a bit too unreliable in the past. Hope that helps! Please send us an email or use one of the other support options on the site for any other questions and you'll probably get a faster response
  20. We'd certainly welcome some feedback from anyone who has signed up if you're new to matched betting / using betfair, then it can take a few weeks before you really start to see the FULL potential of it, but those who stick at it make a killing. Plus, you get to make money while you learn! As Joe said, you can make £20 from your first bet, in under 20 minutes. Here's a couple of comments from our members when we asked how they were getting on so far... some people have made more, some less if they haven't done very much, but these are 'average' I'd say. http://www.image-share.com/ipng-3258-27.html By the way, you only need £50 to get started, though if you have more than this to play with it just means you can do more / less waiting on bets to settle
  21. Here's a look at our new oddsmatching software. The Rating column shows you how good the match is. This is not a simple case of finding 'arbs' though. In fact we advise against arbs! We simply use matched betting techniques to lock in any and every offer possible. Even ones you thought couldn't be taken advantage of (like accumulators, refund if goalscorer scores 2nd etc.) so to summarise, we find all the offers for you, and we find all the bets for you too! Anything that can be automated, has been automated - the only thing we can't do is place the bets for you
  22. Also, about the calendar image I linked above, it works like this: - we post offers, which appear on the calendar (each blue item is a new offer ready to cash in) - each offer also has an estimated profit figure, and a guaranteed profit figure - At the top, next to the date you will see the total of these figures for each day. So today we have over £145 estimated profit available, and £48 guaranteed - We don't add these figures to some offers, so if you did every offer, the actual profit you would make will likely be much higher than this
  23. Hey everyone, my name is Ben (not Ben Fathers!) and I co-founded Profit Squad with Joe. Profit Squad unlike many matched betting sites has been in development for 18 months because we strive to be not just "a" service, but the best service available. We're very confident in what we have to offer with many features that are exclusive to our site and anyone who is prepared to give matched betting a go with us will be rewarded with unrivalled customer service. We really want you to make money - we give every member a dedicated account manager who will listen to your individual circumstances (working hours, funds, etc.) and create a personalised plan of attack for you. This is why we claim that anyone is capable of making 3 or 4 figure profits each month even if you only have a couple of hours per week spare. Davkaus - your experience is similar to a lot of people before they arrive at our site, and speaking from personal experience (i've been profiting from matched betting for 3 years full time, and many more years part time) I'd say that 95% of my profit is from existing-customer offers. We don't really mention it in our advert but we also post casino loopholes - just 1 month ago we posted a casino loophole that had an estimated value of £190 and took all of 5 minutes to do, and could be done every day for a few days. We had several members on the forum posting some seriously decent 4-figure wins on that offer alone. We also try to make life as easy as possible. The Daily Calendar is where we post all of the offers that crop up on a day to day basis. You can check this in just seconds each day, to see what's going on today. Here's a censored glimpse at today's action. Note we have over 25 offers for the Euro's already, with detailed yet simple instructions for how to cash them in for a profit. You can also find more information about us on this page: http://www.profitsquad.co.uk/?page_id=916
