Sold myprotein and set up gonutrition i think. After he left they turned to shit imo..they got caught out misleading customers on their labels and some of their proteins were packed with soy and pea protein as main sources without the specified amounts

I usually use gonutrition, most i train with dont touch myprotein tbh

Myproteins whey is pretty awful in general. Reason why you can get 5kg for under £60

A friend of mine has started doing insulin as part of his "stack" his missus has to wake up at 2am to make sure he's not gone into a coma. Absolutely mental.

Know a few bodybuilders and most in general use bcaas as part of their intraworkout shake. My mate who competes uses EAAs with fast acting carbs for intraworkout.

I think he comes unstuck against Wilder, Fury and Haye. He wont get near Fury to display that k.o power imo. Haye would tie him up and make it an inside fight. Wilder, probably beats Joshua but probably the best 1 out of the 3 that joshua has a chance against.

Lot's of fighters do that - peak a boo style defence. Brophy doesn't really have anything behind it though, Tyson had movement and a left hook, Sturm has a very good jab, Arthur Abraham has a jab, Brophy just moves forward in straight lines, should be easy work for Groves.

Had 1 of those games Stevo is talking about. Ajax away in CL, 3-3..they had 3 shots 3 goals. Then in home leg i was 2 up and they scored 2 wondergoals. Luckily i still won but it was pissing me off.
