  1. Bratislava is hell on earth and one to

I visited Bratislava a few weeks back, as I visited a few European cities this summer,. Bratislava was by far the worst I visited. From the cities I visited this summer I would personally recommend Budapest or Berlin for a stag, probably lean towards Budapest.
Can I ask what was so bad about it?

It seemed that everybody was out to rip you off which somebody else said earlier. Small things from overcharging in the taxi by almost triple compared to the same trip the day before, rounds completely different price depending on who served you in the bar. Obviously only small things, but whole place wasn't really for me. The main square wasn't bad, but not as good as others I have been too.

  3. I can see Ferdinand having a large influence on the game when he retires.

Not as a manager, but more along the lines of what Gary Neville does with England. Potentially something which helps our youngsters be better.

  4. I think now is the right time for him to step down. He has represented his country well, (arguably not aswell as he should have) but can't deny he wears the shirt with pride.

New England captain will be interesting appointment. I think it will go to Rooney, and hope it has the same effect that it does for ronaldo at Portugal. Apart from Rooney only others I see as possible candidates are hart and Cahill?

  5. swansea are nailed on for relegation this season, losing vorm, bony, davies, michu, replaced Michael Laudrup with Garry Monk :crylaugh:

    southampton will struggle too.

Can see Swansea really struggling unless they spend wisely. Selling players and not replacing them as yet...

  6. Benteke has also gone to the States with the first team - no chance of him playing but think it's a good move to keep him in with first team affairs. (same goes for Kozak, who's also gone!)

Also saw a picture of Senderos with the team at the airport - he's back quicker from post WC holiday than expected

I think it's a good move bringing Benteke and kozak to the states with us. Obviously neither would be playing, but will keep them involved in the squad instead of training alone back here.

  7. Is anyone else's stream laggy? Like it keeps stop starting

Yes mine does aswell, getting quite annoying now to the extent I might switch it off before we've even kicked off!

  8. I can't imagine it is good for the atmosphere around the dressing room that players who were part of the 'bomb squad' are now back in and around the first team.

Yes they should be professional about it all, but I wouldn't be too pleased about been in the cold for 2 seasons then blocking my move somewhere else, regardless of what job I'm in!

From the stand point of having Hutton as back up/ challenging lowton I am more than happy with this. I don't particularly rate Hutton as a footballer but at this moment in time there isn't a lot else for us to choose from for competition.
