    I honestly can't remember the last time we had a corner and one of our players got a decent head on the ball. Actually, unless I looked away and missed it, I can't remember us even winning the ball from a corner.

    I promised myself that if the initial takeover thread fell off the first page of Villatalk, I wouldn't let myself get excited again until we had something a concrete.

     

    Paul Allen is an unrealistic pipe dream.

     

    I, for one, am glad that wild takeover rumours are back. VT has been somewhat boring without them. I used to get a little bit excited getting off from work and opening the takeover thread to see what whimsical links to multi-billionairs were being touted around each day.

     

    Bring them on I say, the more fantasy based the better.

    Please, if anybody finds a working stream please post it.

    The ones I have found so far look like they're still not going to work at 16:00.

     

    The only channel that I can tell that is broadcasting it in the entire world is QQ Sports in China. I'm pretty sure there should be a Sopcast channel ID for it somewhere on the web, but I am having trouble finding it.

    I'm watching the Liverpool Vs Arsenal game and I still cannot believe that Borini didn't get a straight red for that challenge. Then I read this from the ever fair viewed Mark Lawrenson at Anfield and it nearly sent me into a rage...

    Just watched the Man Utd V Liverpool game. Now we all know Liverpool aren't having the best of seasons, but Utd just seemed to be in cruise control the entire game. De Gea was outstanding and I just cannot see how we'll be able to put one past him with our scoring record.

     

    I hate to be pessimistic but I think we are going to get absolutely overrun in midfield and our defence is just going to get unlocked time and time again. 4-0 Man Utd i'm afraid.

    A good win, we dominated and maybe should have made it more comfortable. Hutton, Okore and Clark excellent, plus good performances from Gabby, Sanchez and Cleverly.

     

    The ref let too much go and the game looked like it might boil over, hopefully Westwood isn't as bad as he looked, but there were a few where they left a foot in. He seemed very keen to card ours and less keen to card theirs. I was a fair way away from the Hutton one, so I'm not sure what happened, it looked like he fouled him then stood over him shouting something, then there's a bit of a ruck, I'm guessing he's either sent him off for the the ruck or he's spat on him. I had a feeling Hutton would go too.

     

    Better though, and the Albion to come, unbeaten in five and with a little bit more confidence.

     

    Oh, and if you're the Leicester fans that were in the box in the Lower Witton giving it the big un after they scored and at the final whistle, I hope you enjoy the Championship next year - arseholes.

     

    I initially thought that he spat on him. I only saw the replay once, and it was hard to see, but it did seem to reaffirm that he could very well have done so.

    I love your posts Danny Villaman.

     

    I have a Czech friend (who I haven't seen in years) who speaks English in the same way Danny Villaman writes. Every time I read one of Danny Villaman's posts, I read it in my friends voice and it makes me smile :)

     

    And I'm not taking the piss out of his English before anyone jumps down my throat.
