He is spot on, last few days has shown an absolute weakness in mentality from the fanbase and he wants to win games

He seems pissed off, I wouldn’t be surprised if he walked after the season finished

i do get whats he is trying to say/do.

But at the same time, they are 5th, not 15th, and the way he is talking does come across a little like a mardy child throwing his toys out of the pram and throwing his players under the bus, they wont take well to that.

its hard, i do get what he is trying to say, but there are ways to say it and he just comes across bad imo, with all the short, mardy answers, implying the players have shown him something terrible over the last 48hrs, implying that heads are gonna role.

again, they are 5th.....not in a relegation dogfight.

i reckon if you had offered them, or us 5th at the start of the season, both sets of fans would prob have bitten your hand off, but the way Flange is talking its as if the world has ended and he is blaming the players, its just a bit weird.

To me he’s having a go at the fans, not the players. They got no support tonight, it was like a morgue.

    From Wolves forum:

"They’ve done well . Let’s not ignore the fact they have probably breached FFP to do so though.

Shows what can happen if your best players stay fit. They probably finish 15th without Watkins.

Enjoy their 6 games , now 8 I think - and they’ll be back to 12th and out of Europe in no time."

Spurs fan not Impressed with our chances next season either.

  4. Spurs could actually not qualify for Europe. If Newcastle and Chelsea win both their remaining two games, and Spurs lose to Sheffield Utd they would be 7th on goal difference. If United win the FA Cup they take the EL spot, 5th Europa and 6th Conference 😂

Did the commentator really just say that one of the saddest things to have happened this season is when De Bruyne injured himself against Burnley and missed half the season?

What about Mings you biased prick?

Do you want him to name off every player that got injured this season during a Man City Spurs match? What about Tom Lockyer who nearly died?  Surely more deserving of a mention than even Mings?

Of course Ange decides now is the time to play Van De Ven at LB and finally play his 20m backup CB, as well as pack the midfield. Where was this energy when you were getting destroyed by Arsenal and Chelsea? Takes him to gameweek 37 to have an inkling that maybe Flangeball doesn't really work against good teams.

Isn’t it better that he’s only realised this in GW37 when it’s all but too late?

Gabri Veiga would be insane if we can pull it off.  He shocked everyone last summer when he went to Saudi for the money instead of his pick of the European elites.  I saw quite a bit of him in La Liga the previous season and he's absolute class.  Emery would make him into a global superstar within a few seasons.  He is Tieleman's technical brilliance mixed with Buendia's flair and Dougie's composure on the ball.

He made his choice, perhaps he regrets it, perhaps not.  Seems like he'd be perfect fit if we were to sell a CM.

His 3 year deal is allegedly worth 30m euros. If he’s hungry for it, a pay cut is on the cards. He’s a very exciting talent for sure. I do think he’s going back to Spain, but if Unai wants him, I’m all for it.

He was in La Liga team of the season before he made the move to Saudi, absolutely bizarre decision for his career.  This feels like a Monchi transfer, Emery would turn him into superstar.

He’s mostly a 10 role. Still only 21, I dread to think what his wages are like in Saudi. Baffling he took the money tbh.

You'd have to imagine he's now regretting his decision and wants to return to Europe if he's being linked with moves after only 12 months.  He'll need to take a massive pay cut though, as the Saudi team will likely double what they paid for him.

  10. Sources for ⁧‫#قنوات_الكاس‬⁩ |

‎⁧‫#غابري_فيغا‬⁩ the Saudi ⁧‫#الأهلي‬⁩ player, received several verbal professional offers, most notably from Atletico Madrid in Spain and Aston Villa in England, despite his club’s insistence on remaining with the team next season.

Made a strange move to Saudi at such a young age. Has huge potential though, no idea if source is legit or not.

The fact Unai keeps playing konsa at right back and at Villareal played Foyth at right back shows what he wants to do with that position (and it’s not a wing back)

Before we got Pau, I was sure we'd be in for Foyth.  We may yet still.

McGinn said in post match interview that he was playing through the pain barrier. So to put that performance in when not having played for weeks and still carrying an injury is quite something.

Especially given how slow he had been getting back in to things after previous layoffs.

A joy to watch on the ball and his work off the ball has improved massively under Emery.

Man of the match if not for Duran stealing the show.

Potentially costing himself a place at the Euro's by playing through an injury to make sure we get top 4, he bleeds claret and blue 👏
