Vlaar was fine for us. Perhaps a bit overrated after the world cup but that's not his fault.
Richards however is an embarrassment. An awful awful centreback who goes on twitter and cries when he gets slated on Match of the Day.

This guy is very lucky to still be a premier league player. He made a name for himself at Swansea and we gave him a premier league contract simply because of his reputation. He couldn't even get in West Brom's team ffs.

One even said they were "the team everyone beats", no mate that would be us.
Every team's fans say that about their own team, it's just confirmation bias because they take more notice of their own team than everyone else's.
Though we are actually that team.

He's so weak and slow. Yes very good technically but you may as well play a 14 year old boy in this league.

That wasn't very good.
I think that's a bit strong

Hope he plays on Saturday up front on his own. Poses a much bigger threat than Ayew. Him and Zog are key to keeping us up.
Your attempts at 'trolling' are so boring mate

Definitely a useful player but shouldn't be our main striker. Even united have Fellaini (I know Fellaini is much better technically)
-
If it's true that he didn't field our strongest team in order to try and make a point to the chairman then that is completely unforgivable. Why do the people in the most important positions at our club not have the club's best interest at heart? Think back to the Culverhouse fiasco under Lambert where we had the coaching staff sacked for bullying youth players and you can just tell our club is rotting from the inside out.

I did love his interview afterwards. He looked genuinely gutted.
Any link for this?

Absolutley retarded to drop him yesterday especially with Rudy up front.
Pretty sure he needed a rest due to playing for France u21s in the week. As bad as Tim is I highly doubt he'd drop arguably our best player for Keiran Richardson for no reason..

We are rapidly becoming like Sunderland, only with less supporters. Ain't that depressing?
Less supporters?
Less match going supporters for sure

You just have to look at this guy's 2 goals if you're not convinced. Both incredible.
Match Of The Day dont seem to think so. Not even a goal of the month contender
One was in the FA cup to be fair and I don't think the one against Leicester was goal of the month quality

99% of the time 3 at the back doesn't work. Waste of time trying it, managers always go back to 4.
I like 3 at the back but only if have 2 good wing backs. HUtton is very game and in fairness he tries to go forward but doesnt have end product sadly for it.
I don't understand why Bacuna didn't play if we were playing with wingbacks.. surely that position was made for Bacuna!

Let's be honest, Tim is a horrible player manager. He lost the spurs dressing room within a few months and its not hard to see why.
-
I think the thing to take away from this game is that we need a stadium full of people with clappers
-
Solid signing, especially for the fee reported.
Got to be honest, a back 4 of Hutton, Richards, Lescott and Amavi is pretty decent defensively imo.
Think that back 4 would be very good, Lescott brings some much needed PL experienced. Think he'd of jumped at the chance knowing he could partner Richards.
Aren't they like best mates?
-
Would be very happy with this.
-
He was played quite far forward yesterday and was unlucky not to have a goal. Was a good save from Pantilimon.
-
Not sure if its been mentioned but #10 shirt still up for grabs
-
I think if he came in on his own last year he would've been one of our best players.
The fact that he looks to be as good as 4 or 5 of our players in our squad now proves that we've progressed in the transfer window. Excited to see what this guy can do.

I don't get it, I watched Blackburn vs Liverpool in the cup either least season or the season before and he was bullying defenders, proper getting in their faces and constantly competing for headers. Even at the start of the season he wasn't doing that for us..
