But this isn't new to the Villa,the previous incumbent got the sack for the same performances,I would have expected an experienced ex England midfielder to recognize what's wrong and fix it,but sadly,he doesn't seem able to.

How much coaching does a player on 100,000 a week need,when did the modern player stop doing the basics?
