General, please address the on-line match coverage for those of us on another continent. I spent the entire match looking for a live feed. I would gladly pay an increased fee for AVTV if it could include the matches. Please. No video. Only stats. With all respect, Jack Woodward has the ability to talk for 90 minutes and mention the match action only a few times. It's half-time vs Bolton and I am so frustrated it's a struggle to keep this message respectful. Please. Give us video feed of the matches. Even if it's a delay. I'll gladly pay any reasonable increase in the fee for AVTV

General, first complaint from me. From USA, AVTV is often the only way to get live coverage... The commentary is colorful, but not informative. There is a fascination with adjectives and not enough information about which player is doing what in which part of the pitch.

General, thanks for your patience dealing with the complaints and endless restatements of the same few questions. You are patient with people who think if they phrase it just the right way they'll box you into giving an answer you would rather not give. Thanks for putting up with that foolishness and keeping the connections open and available.

General, I have to admit that the way Liverpool has handled the Barry situation in the press has truly aggravated me. But your answer just above was brilliant. You are right of course. thanks for responding so quickly, and so graciously. I have asked my daughter's university for dates. I'm looking forward to whatever suggestions others on the board can give. Perhaps, if we're all lucky, I can watch an Premier League match, hang around town a few days and then catch a European match!!!! Here's hoping.

Hi General, I've been a villa fan and supported for 10 years. But I'm from Birmingham, Alabama, USA. I sort of feel like a fringe fan because I've never been to Villa Park. I spend nearly a thousand USD a year to subscribe to Fox Soccer Channel (so I can hope the Villa match is telecast) the membership on the official site so I can hear live web audio during the matches, and highlights afterwards, my Christmas list is always villa mug, villa watch, villa shirt, villa jacket, etc. My point is, I am a real supporter.

Anyway, I'm delighted. My daughter will be studying in spain next spring. I am planning a trip to europe to see her, but I really want to use the trip to catch an Premier League match at Villa Park. It's on my "bucket list."

How would you suggest is the best way to make my travel plans? I want to truly seep in the atmosphere of a home match. Is there a place I should stay? A place I should go before the match? A place I should go after the match?

Any suggestions to help me live this dream to the fullest are appreciated.

just one more opinion based more on projected ideas than on any "facts" The money is available with a two word caveat stated or assumed.... Spend Wisely. I think MON has tried to spend money with a view to long term, stable, sustainable growth, for good value. I would like for him to splash the cash a bit more freely. But if I was Randy I would appreciate that the manager is much more willing to take the moaning of know-it-all fans than to spend money like it grew out of the pitch.
