I think whatever people’s reactions, it will change the mobile market for the good, just as they did with computers and then with iPod/iTunes

if you need to send the same txt to two seperate people, you have to type it out twice, apparently.
thats a bit crap.
It must have cut and paste??? They will be able to update the software that should get rid of the problem?

I ve used one.
It can’t do loads of stuff that other phones do. The ease of use of it however means that its in a class of one. I wouldn’t get one, but in a year when lots of things are improved I probably will...

I think the club will be doing everything they can. But I doubt very much we will ever be fully aware of what they (and the police) are doing to prevent any kind of attack.

Keep it civil gentlemen, and lets discuss who Villa might sign, not West Ham
-
It depends which Owen you get. One who wants to play, has a point to prove and prepared to work hard. Or an Owen still hankering after a big team whilst we pay his wages. If it was the first and he could stay injury free, he would be a revelation for Villa. Just can’t see it happening, however much charm MON applies.

Are we losing battles?
Jagielka has choosen Everton before Wigan and Villa because he would like to play in Europe.
Today it also is suggested that we are on the way of losing the battle for Sneijder...
Maybe MON has had a very sad month by losing out on several targets already?
Jagielka came through the Everton youth system; perhaps that means something?
It has been suggested that we are losing the battle for Sneijder? We don’t know we are in for him? Or does the Wikipedia entry really tell the truth; that he was spotted at Villa Park and we have offered money and Barry Bannan?
Lets be honest; we really don’t know the facts on the majority of this speculation. All I know is that we are in a better position than last year. We have money. We have a decent squad and we will sign some players. Of those I don’t know the names, and I suspect most of us are still in for some shocks.
I hardly think that missing out on Jags is going to ruin our season?

or should that be Barry Bannan?

Just spotted this on wikipedia in Sneijder profile
On the 8th of June, sports journalist, Nick Minty, spotted Sneijder in a Hilton hotel, with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy. It is thought that Spurs are trying to thrash out a deal as quickly as possible to thwart of interest from Aston Villa and Valencia.
Who is nick minty?
oh I just spotted
On the 8th of June, sports journalist, Nick Minty, spotted Sneijder in a Hilton hotel, with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy. It is thought that Spurs are trying to thrash out a deal as quickly as possible to thwart of interest from Aston Villa and Valencia. The previous day, he had been spotted by John Creswell, sports editor of the Sun, leaving a meeting at Villa Park. It is thought that Aston Villa had offered in the region of €12.5 and young star Gary Cahill

I know we're not allowed to mention spurs, but the Sun are running a story today saying Jol is deifnitely after Sneijder.
TOTTENHAM are ready to fight Aston Villa in the hunt for Ajax midfield man Wesley Sneijder.
Spurs boss Martin Jol is a big admirer of his fellow Dutchman and is willing to match the £7m Villa chief Martin O’Neill will offer.
Sneijder, 26, is a versatile attacking midfielder and Dutch international.
Meanwhile, Nigel Reo-Coker is delighted at the prospect of joining Aston Villa.
The England Under-21 and West Ham captain is set for a £7m move.
His agent, Tony Finnigan, said: “Nigel’s over the moon to be linked with Martin O’Neill and a club of the calibre and size of Villa.â€
Doesn’t actually prove either of us are after him. And as we know that Valencia have bid £8 million, seems strange that MON would bid £7 million?
