Any more developments on adebayor ?
Thought it would have been sealed by now.
Will be sealed tomorrow - that is the story every day.

Loan guys to the dutch league is a mistake. Attacking players usually don't do much there.
I disagree. IMO it is much better for a young talent to develop in Holland than in the Championship.
-
Are you thinking of Pione Sisto - He is Danish rather than Norweigan and a winger rather than a striker.
But he does look a beast.
That's the one!!
Can we sign him please?
He looks a raw talent like Bolassie.
He is a talent, but not ready for PL at all. Could do well to play one more year in Denmark. A lot of clubs interested in him though. We could sign him on and loan him out to the Dutch or French league.
-
Great finish, but really pathetic defending!
-
True he will make a lot of money, but he is now officially a Snake even to non Villa fans. Money can be hard earned. For me he will forever be worse than Hodge and I will always think of him as Snelf the snake.

100k a week is a lot for us and I can't see us paying that. But the beauty is that Spurs have to unless we buy him :-)

Remember this is from a Spurs junno that is being fed stories by Spurs. Levy wants to keep face. Ade most likely wants to go to Villa or stay. That gives us a lot of power in the negotiations since Spurs wants rid.
-
Also worth keeping in mind that Spurs are interested in not looking like they give him away and pay his wages. Levy want to protect his image as a good negotiator.

Something fishy is going on in this thread.........l

It's the same thingHuge week for the club
Huge week for Randy's bank balance?
Huge week for the football team
I hope you have heard something positive...........

Yes he is replaceable, but that is not the point. The point is that he said things he clearly could not live up too. As Collymore said, nobody forced Delph to say it. Had he just not said anything, it would have been annoying but OK.
-
If it is true that Snelph turned down Man C first time because they would not give him a low release clause then he is a bigger snake than I thought.
-
I have been told he has a 5 million release clause............
Or maybe not ....

"Ask yourself why I got high blood pressure on the day of the medical."I bet he fails the medical
DDID will not like you stealing his picture........

Only MEN reporting it - all the others quoting them as I understand

Make them pay up front. Or deal is off. Or better yet, the deal is off f... the contract we don't want to sell.
-
Why do we need to sell Tekers? We need a top left back and DC but other than that what more for a 12-14 finish?

Professional what?

That Belgian reporter saying Liverpool still front runners and we will only sell for 32.5.
How can anyone be front runners? Pay or do not!
-
........far too many people involved, and people involved might hold businesssss on the stock market etc so it would actually be illegal to do so without announcing it.
That only applies if we are bought by a listed company. Not if someone buys us like Lerner did.

If we don't get a bid for the 32.5 soon we should reject all late bids even if the tricker the 32.5. Yes that will be a breach of contract but so what? Benteke would have to sue us to get out and that is not in his interests. Tell the agent it has to be soon and say we will give him an extra 10 k a month this year if he stay or something like that. But never sell him after the season starts.

Yes it is the fact that he said what he did. Had he signed and said - I want to make sure the club gets something as well we would have liked him. But don't pretend to love the club and then leave.

Sinclair looks a lot better than Ayew, so I would keep him on
