Took me **** ages, £44 a week for about 18 months. Spent shit loads on it. The instructor was terrible, constantly telling me i wasn't ready. So i booked my test anyway since i thought i was.

I never actually did an emergency stop until the day of my test, this was on the hour before the actual test, needless to say it came up in the test, didn't really know what was going on. My instructor also said he didn't think i'd pass. I passed with six minors, have that!

I felt loaded after that, until i stated paying for a car, then i was skinter than i ever was before.

So, recently split with the long-term girlfriend and I'm losing my head! Constantly looking at my phone, checking facebook... everything I possibly can do, just waiting for her to text!

I'm probably going OTT, does anybody have any advice/past experience on how to deal with this sort of thing?

That's what i was like when i split with the first proper girlfriend i had. Time will sort that out.

If i broke up with the current girlfriend i'd be exactly the same as i was then. I think time will sort that out, it's been said before, but try to keep yourself busy, get out the house, go down the pub, gym, etc.

we have a guy at work who drinks about 42 litres of coke a week, it's unbelievable, he drinks at least 4 litres everyday just while at work

Holy ****, if drinking coke does give you cancer he must be riddled with it.

I used to drink 8-10 Litres of Coke a week, barely drink it now, just when I go home.

That's an insane amount, i thought i used to drink a lot of Coke, but that's on another level.

When that happened when i worked in a restaurant (one of Lincolnshires finest) it would be taken out of the tips to make the float correct. The chances of the staff seeing that money is slim because you'll be giving the money to the owners or management. Just tip a little more next time you go. (That is if it works anything like the restaurant i worked at)

With the amounf of fans going there's absolutely no way we're going to the Drayton Arms. It's packed at the best of times.

This is what pisses me off about our ticket office? Why only 3,000 allocation? Surely that end at Wigan holds something like 5,000?

If we want the 2k extra or whatever it is we'll get it. We don't share the stand with them. If we don't take it they'll probably have pay on the day like last year.
