I must say i am absolutely stunned with the way things are being done with the club (sorry my bad engkish). I would also like to say thank you to the General for being in this forum and answering the fans. For me personal as a fan this means a lot and i must say i am loving the club more and more each day. When i get married it has to be at Villa Park (since i have never been there, and it will bee a honeymoon and wedding in one) Question: is it possible to get married at Villa Park (with my girlfriend...not the club...)?

Then again bbc says that Maloney might be heading for Villa Park this transfer window....i am getting confused now....

I think it is very important that we push up the table, with the new tv deals this summer and a lot of money, we will want the club to climb as high as possible this season. The higher we get this year, the easier it will be getting in quality players in the summer window. Every footballer will want to join clubs that are pushing for european football and glory, or has the potential to do so. So either we sign a few more players or not, we need to get some back to back wins. Also the more quality we get in the squad this transfer window, the higher is the possibility of class players will come to us in the summer. As all proffessional players will want to train, play with and compete with the best and in that way better themselves.

Apperently Jol has decided not to sell Mido, so maybr someone really has seen Keane at Villa Park

I still believe MON is after his five big signings, but maybe one more bigsigning and a couple of fillers for this window. But i must add that i am absolutely delighted with the Carew and Young transfers so i would still be happy if we do not get any more in this window
