Hey Rocafella....that is not true about Carew. He has a great reputation amongst european players, managers, had his ups and downs, mostly due to injuries. He has been in the spotlight for years, played (and scored on a penalty) in a Champions League final etc etc. Its typical for us norwegians to be critizising our own players, to a low point! He is quality. But not a notorious goalscorer. Also...i think we should have a go at Trezeguet. Give him the wages, this is problaby his last chance to play in the Premiership... And Werder Bremen does not want to sell Klose to Bayern Munich...rather see him go "overseas". Worth a shot?

news that Bayern Munich are releasing Roy Makaay + Santa Cruz. They are supposed to buy Klose and already have bought Luca Toni of course. Makaay is not that old is he..?? And still could do a job i figure. Classic goalscorer. Could go for a bargain price as well because of his age.

What about John Dahl Thomassen of Stuttgart? He still got some quality in him, he might love the thought of having two danish mates playing here, and prove that he wasn`t a flop when playing in England earlier, with Newcastle i guess it was. I just read that he has completely fallen out with the Stuttgart manager and team and will be sold in january. Maybe a swap with Baros? :shock:
