I asked at my local library whether they had a copy of Labour's manifesto, and they told me to look in the periodicals section.

Stand up to him more in PMQ’s, put him on the spot more, don’t give him questions he can easily deflect.
I look at Starmer and he’s obviously a very capable person but is he inspiring? Nope, not for me. Will he represent the change I would like to see in politics, nope, not for me.
I want to see someone who was schooled and brought up in the state system, someone who can actually still resonate with the average person.
Starmer is just, well, meh.
Compared to the sack of potatoes currently in charge, I'd be quite happy with "meh"

Know it alls.
There's a VT member on here, who after anybody starts a new thread or replies to an existing thread will make out like they're an expert on that particular subject. Honestly, give it a rest.
So yeah. Know it alls....and that particular VT member.

Are you jumping on the political bandwagon cause you want a reaction, like want me to hate on refugees? Or did you misunderstand me. I'm saying it shouldn't have closed down to house refugees, it was a nice Hotel, Leisure center and wedding venue.
The owners would rather take a guaranteed income, that's up to them, but I don't agree it's right.
Ah ok, so it WAS a nice hotel but it isn't now because it houses those dirty refugees. You're the only one jumping on a political bandwagon and it's the same one that Boris Johnson is riding.

I'm not sure what the answer is, don' think it's this. But when our local 5 star hotel, (amongst many others) where my pal got married is now closed, full of asylum seekers, there is something seriously wrong.
Yeah, it's called a lack of housing stock being built. Not too any asylum seekers looking to better their lives.

Multi Millionaire celebrity Ewan McGregor who can literally afford to buy anything he wants whenever he wants telling the plebs it doesn’t matter if we can’t buy the stuff we dream of.
I think the message behind that advert has gone way over your head

Is it just the European game for Man Utd and the championship on TV tonight?
None of the Premier league games?
Correct

If people don't want to wear a mask, who cares.
Amen. It's not as if we're talking about a highly infection virus here.

Because I've been doing it for 2 years and I don't want to anymore I want to get on with life and forget it. It's barely news. Cases are high but not going our of control. Deaths are stable. Patients in his hospital stable. Ventilators. Stable. We're all jabbed. Most people getting ill are severely vulnerable or not jabbed. When does it end!?!
Simple question. How is wearing a mask in the shops stopping you from "getting on with life"?
Also, you trying to "forget it" when it comes to COVID doesn't automatically then mean that you're somehow bullet proof to either getting the virus or passing it onto others.
Cases are around 95K a day currently (with estimates this is likely to be 3-4x higher in reality). Just because you believe "its barely news" doesn't mean it's not still quite a major issue.

Look at me like I'm selfish
Probably a good reason for that. Just wear a mask dude, it's literally such a minor inconvenience I don't understand what the issue is. We're still at 95k+ cases a day, why you would not wear a mask to protect yourself and others is beyond me.

I thought unvaccinated fans could enter the ground, on proof of a negative LFT result (?)

The vaccines are a massive help in the fights against COVID-19 but it's not a 100% effective treatment unfortunately.

My opinion pal. If you don't agree tough. I don't hold with this 'Smith's a Villa fan and his dad was a steward at VP so he must be a good manager' shit!
How about the 'he got us promoted, kept us in the league and then pushed on' bit then?

Listening to the sky sports commentators on this game, they sound gutted that the 'mighty' Arsenal are losing this game.
