At this point I just want to see us winning some games again and improving on the truly incredible record of 4 wins in 54 games.

If by the end of the season I see us mid table with our confidence back and showing signs of some mental strength and resilience the I will genuinely be happy.

I was at Barnsley and the one thing I noticed is he absolutely loves to pass it to players who already have a man on them. Granted our movement is shit so it's rare any if our players are in space but on a number of occasions he passed it then got annoyed when they were dispossessed.
