Yildirim was tailor made for Jr, anyone who stands back and fights behind their jab will give Jr a helluva lot of problems.
He did look pretty savage but I don't think you can take a lot from that fight, Yildirim was basically a version of AA who threw more punches but didn't have half the chin or defense.
If he fights Groves and gets him into the later rounds then Groves will have to dig deep because we have seen him gas a few times and that is when Jr's punch volume could cause him problems but I think that there is a very good chance that Groves beats him up pretty badly before it gets to that point
Agreed the Turk was tailor made and someone who is more elusive will be difficult for Eubank jnr. But I think he is definitely an improved fighter in the sense that he is picking his shots better. Also I don't think I've seen a fighter throw more punches per round, his conditioning is second to none.

Eubank jnr just cleaned up his undefeated opponent. Pretty savage display. Jnr v Groves would make a very good British scrap.

To be honest I do want to see the rematch purely because I think Haye entered the first fight with a late niggle which blew up in the fight. If he's injury free this time I want to see if he still has a bit left in him.
Regarding the trash talk, I can't see how Haye can do it without embarrassing himself i.e. if he goes down the I hate Tony Bellew route, it will be an embarrassment given how much he was grovelling at Tony's mercy after the first fight. Equally if he goes down the I was injured route, people won't take him seriously again given the Klitschko fiasco.

I thought Parker edged it - I thought Fury would get the nod on the cards. Close one - I think they'll do it again at some point.
Hope not. Nobody wants to see this. Much rather see Parker v Whyte. Two guys who stay in the pocket and trade off would make a good scrap.

The commentator who had Hughie well up lol. Embarrassing stuff. Awful fight really largely due to defensive tactics of Hughie.

This interview with Eddie Hearn is highly recommended, I have to admit to slagging him off quite a lot in the past but this is great interview and very honest on his part to be fair.
He discusses his upbringing, current fights such as the Mayweather v McGregor fight, a bit on Joshua and even a very honest discussion on PPV, hes gone up in my estimation to be fair although the bar was pretty low.
If you watch the IFL TV channel on YouTube there are a number of videos with Eddie Hearn. Like him or loathe him, this guy is a very good businessman.

Haye is a proud man. He won't want his career to end with a double defeat to Tony Bellew.

Apparently Rio Ferdinand is going to try his hand as a professional boxer. Let's hope it's more successful than Freddie Flintoff's attempt.

Shocking decision, ruins these occasions.

Brilliant manager - gave us some brilliant times.

That is the kind of inside info/investigation footy fans on forums exist for tbh. Can't knock them for that one.

To be fair he caught Paulie with a really nice left in sparring from the released footage which if he can somehow manage to do in the fight, it'll be interesting to see what effect it has on Floyd.
But the more likely scenario is that Floyd's masterful defence will have Connor frustrated and in turn will make him ragged and open to all sorts of counters.

This must be the worst undercard in the history of PPVs

Yarde certainly carries power but it is hard to gauge where he is until he fights someone who is going to push him.
Agreed but just his poise and explosiveness catches the eye. Definitely one to watch.

Yes Taylor was very impressive, made OD look amateurish at times with his superior boxing skills.
Also what do we make of Anthony Yarde? Looks a terrific prospect to me in the light heavyweight division.

Not really. I paid £150 for a years subscription mate. That would have been three-four months with sky !
Even for IPTV that seems too much. Shop around...

No they havent. If you look around people are putting iptv on them and getting more channels than before
Becoming more popular with sky and their expensive prices
IPTV is okay to an extent but still not quite like pure satellite for me.

Hopefully but i cant see it as they will still fibd ways to make money abroad for players. When you think doctors get and a man kicking a ball gwtting over 100k a week something is wrong there.
With regards to sky people seem to dumping them off for bt, zgemmas and firesticks
Sky have pretty much ended the zgemma with their encryption

Awful. Vicious cycle will only get worse. There is no end to this madness.

Kohli easily the best chaser of all time

Can't rule out a fix either. Here's your $100m Conor, try your best but make sure Floyd looks better kinda deal...

One point on England, I did think before the tournament their fate would be decided by how they tackle the big moments in the big games. This is where the exposure in the t20 leagues around the world can really help. I would suggest that next time they get an opportunity they shouldn't pull their guys from IPL play off stages!
-
It's been a tournament of upsets so it could well be Pakistan v Bangladesh which would be staggering!

Humiliation for England. On the biggest of stages they have fallen apart. Sound familiar?

Enjoyable fight & a tremendous finish from Groves.
The visuals for this tournament in terms of ring lighting etc are top notch so I hope they find a nice venue for the Groves Eubank Jnr semi. That will be very tasty.
