Im a long time reader first time poster in this thread, but I just wanted to echo GarryBarrys post, I think its unbelievable privilege to have you on this board and i hope the minority of 'fans' do not put you off. We believe in what yourself, Randy and Martin are doing for us.

Voted for young, i think he could be phenomenal in a couple of years. And selling him or agbonlahor(close second) would send a message that we are not serious about taking on the so called big 4.

well i find it hard to support av06 as noone knows anything about them, positive anyway. The QC seems very uninterested in the playing side of things and noone knows their funding. To be honest i think on this issue we should trust doug, i think he will only sell to the best party.

as for the 10% point, although land and property law is not my strong point (speciality being criminal law) im certain that the 10% would only apply if it was a term of the contract.

I hope this takeover is concluded soon now, as seems to be the feeling. I admit i had a moment earlier on, and thats just with a new manager coming in, seeing the back of doug is going to something special. I might even declare it a holiday in future years and ensure i book it off work!

i agree with the still comments, at this stage he would be my favourite to become the new owners. They have kept themselves to themselves and they apparently have big money.

Ransons was a proper bid, but ellis never gave him the time of day. Mind you that may have been for the best with richardson on board

Someone probably would buy villa for 64million, the problem is that they also will see that we need another 30million to become true top 4 material in the short term. And noone would spend £100million on villa i dont think.
