Not necessarily. The workers are paid to be 'busy' while the directors work on guiding the business, future strategy, and important projects.
It has been clear from the outset that Mr Lerner and the General regard communication with the supporters as very important. Whilst some of our suggestions on this thread have been outlandish, in the main we have given the General more good points for consideration than he would have got by holding a meeting with a room full of execs.
Spot-on. Just think how much companies pay for "ideas" from commercial advisory companies. The General is getting the best "Brainstorming" session direct from the people who know what the club needs, the fans. He is also endearing himself to us and opening up the club in a manner that is unprecidented in our history. Keep it up General!
