After playing for many hours, here's what i found.
I need shit tons of glue. Duct tape, wonderglue etc.
Everything that you upgrade, armour, weapons etc needs glue. GLUE GLUE GLUE.

In his defense, any defender would look awful paired up with Lescott, because Lescott is toilet and any defender paired with him would have do twice as much work to cover for your defensive partner's inability to do anything that remotely resembles defending.

Some of my favourites are Eddie Izzard, Bill Hicks, Stewart Lee, Chris Rock, Dave Chapelle, Kevin Hart, Richard Pryor (the best), Eddie Murphy, Frankie Boyle.
**** it just watch Richard Pryor. Hands down the best for me.
If you like Bill Hicks - have a listen to Steve Hughes and Louis CK they are somewhat similar (Steve more around global corporate shenanigans, and Louis is my all time favorite).

Gabby isn't then? Hasn't scored in 600 + minutes of football yet he starts every game
Starting to lose my patience with Sherwood now starting him every game spunked 10 mill on a striker that can't even get on the pitch
I don't know how you can call him shockingly bad when he has had limited game time since he's been here the only way he's ever going to adjust to the pace of the game over here is by playing regularly no chance of that happening by the looks of it as long as the undroppable gabby plays week in week out.
Kozak/Ayew ahead of Gabby every week imo

You asked why Ayew isn't playing, he isn't playing because so far he has been shockingly bad.
