Why are players leaving on a loan counted, but a player returning from a loan not counted?

Still don't get why Stefan Moore is in the list. Also, if Cole and Drobny as loans are counted as outs. Why isn't Cahill counted as an in?

Polls like this can fluctuate day by day. On a day where our best/2nd best defender looks like missing the start of the season and we sell a player which leaves us with 3 strikers....people are likely to be looking bottom half. If we sign Baros, then all of a sudden people will want to be voting that we finish in the top half.

We don't spend much money at the best of times. Is it worth risking £5 million on a player that might not settle in england and might not suit the style of play?

F1 is a hard sport to decide who the best ever is. For example, Moss never won a world title, Schumacher has 6, but Moss always chose to drive for lesser cars whereas Schumacher has been in the best car for most of his career.
