  1. Last week I've watched Danny Murphy and Wes Brown on podcasts talking about the same thing.

How difficult is It to turn earn 50k a week and buy a nice house and put the rest in savings accounts.

"If I have a 10, 15 year career at this level I'll have only have earned 10m - 15m net. I need to make some high risk investments!"

He may well have been an excellent footballer but such a toxic influence.

    He's absolutely bang on though?

Players who have won the league in economy whilst kids are in business? That's unacceptable.

He's massively underachieved in terms of silverware.

He's also finished behind United 4 times since he took over despite United being an absolute basket case of a club for the majority of the past 10 years since Fergie left.

*despite having half their net spend and probably much less.

Are we really trying to rewrite Klopp's tenure already?

The man's a Liverpool legend. Was any odd here when they were managed by Hogdson ..

  4. Anthony Gordon the next in a long list of footballers who say they read and meditate and use visualisation techniques and G Nev and the world loses their minds.

Incredible. Highly driven and successful young men absolutely smashing it in their industry being driven, smart and reflective.

  5. VVD. The man who doesn't challenge for headers, is too calm and cool to try and block shots and doesn't believe in tackling people or getting physical, but as for pointing and stroking the ball about in his third with an air of arrogance. He's world class.

  6. Harvey Elliot. I know he's young but he's lauded as one of these underrated players and you 'don't know ball' if you don't see it...but in reality he looks neat enough but really impacts games about as much as empty packet of crisps.

Does nothing offensively. Does nothing defensively. Just empty.

  7. The bigger teams get talked about more because they're bigger than us and get more clicks. It ain't rocket science.

There's no need to bitch about it every week which is what this thread now is.

Heard this advert for the town on Spotify approaching 100 times now. I wouldn't mind, I've watched the show. There's got to be a better way, just send me new adverts please if I ain't paying!

Still pisses me off, never a goal, awful officiating. Enckleman much maligned despite the fact that he kept us up with some of his saves.

Not really. Without VAR it would be next to impossible to gauge if he touched or not and for me there is still an element of doubt it did actually touch his studs.

Anyway he should have controlled it anyway and he bottled out of an 80-20 in the home leg.

    He was terrible

I think they will be better next season than this.

They look very much like a work in progress with young immature players who will like get better each season as they get more experience.

That's what we thought under Lambert.

They're a billion miles off it.

  11. Could clearing in the woods in a goal but he couldn't run, couldn't dribble , couldn't pass, couldn't cross, and was weak as anything. I'm sorry, just a dreadful, dreadful footballer.

95% of watching this guy was him trying to run his man and dispossessed.  I remember one game, clear as day against Southampton when he had about 5-10 yards on JWP when in about 3 strides he was caught up and absolutely bodied by JWP clearly and dispossessed.

I mean, without Trez we were down. He's earned this club more money and possibly change it's direction more than anyone in it's entire history.

..but man he was bad at football.
